Straight forward, superior customer service I started on the Carr Nissan website and used the "get your carr car" feature to find out more info about lease pricing. I didn't take long before James reached out to me via e-mail (my preference). After a few exchanges, I was getting real numbers that matched with the homework I'd done, so I agreed to come in for a test drive. Once I arrived at the dealership, I knew I was at the right place. I was greeted by another associate, Scott. Even though he (Scott) knew, I was looking for James, he helped me back my car into a tight space and get me connected with James right away. James was very personable and knew the answer to every question I had. No hype, no high pressure, everything was very straight forward and just as represented on the web and my previous communications. Travis, the finance guy was great to work with too. Again straight forward easy to understand explanations, no high pressure to add on extra stuff, no hidden fees. Right about the time I finished up the paperwork, the car was all detailed and ready to go. Then James took more time with me to show me more details on how features of the car work, got my phone synced up with the car, etc... He took the time I needed, but at the same time was not holding me there. It was perfect, giving me the support I needed, but not needlessly taking up a bunch of valuable time. I feel confident that should I have more questions (my first electric car) that James and the whole team at Carr Nissan will be there for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and Carr Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Walked into the Beaverton Nissan worried I was going to get approached by some annoying pushy car Salesman! On the contrary I was approached and blessed to work with Scott Kemp! Scott not only was very knowledgeable about the cars but very patient and kind. He is not your typical Salesman. He gave us many options and ideas but gave us the time to ponder and decide. He went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal with the options I wanted. It was a late Sunday night and dealership was closing but he did not make us feel we needed to hurry. Needless to say...I purchased my Juke from him! After the purchase he was still there for me if I had questions and just to check in to see how I was doing with the new car! Best Car Salesman Ever! Ashley the sales lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what we were interested in. Usually I know more than the salesperson, but not at this dealership. Every body we touched with was very friendly and willing to help in any way. Andy in finance did the fastest work we have ever seen. Everything was set up and going in two days. Our previous experience with other dealers has been at least five days to cash the down payment check and then more waiting. Carr did it did it right I went in initially to "try on" a few rigs (6'6" tall and could be on the line of a football team). My wife had called the day before and spoke with Cameron in preparation for our visit...she is a Murano driver. Cameron was unavailable but we did not have to wait for long, Scott - the Internet Sales pro took over, a courteous hand-off. With Scott's assistance I found that the Pathfinder was a nice fit for me. Scott was extremely helpful in educating me regarding the various vehicles and options...never pressuring for "the sale". Although we initially walked away from the Certified Previously Owned vehicle that I was considering he did not make it an issue. We called back the next day and finalized the deal and I am now driving a car that "fits" me. Scott shepherded me through the process and accommodated some requests, always focused on my needs throughout the process. Follow-up on a couple of issues and scheduling on some "during the sales process" commitments on a day that Scott was not at the dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager (who had been provided updates, as Scott had committed to do) and even met the Assistant Service Manager when scheduling some upcoming work. Carr has done it right...I look forward to the level of service initiated by Scott throughout my future with Carr Nissan. More
