My neighbor lady had been involved in a car accident, luckily not hurt or her fault and we were just starting the process to look for a replacement car for her. This experience has totally changed my opinion of the salesman at Beaverton Kia. JC Lam treated us terrific. I had called ahead the night before to John Hyland, we had set a tentative time for Saturday morning, JC met us in the parking lot, introduced himself and he was really great!!!! We made it clear, that we were not familiar with Kia's, needed to look around, wanted something similar to a Corolla and away we went. JC was professional, respectful of both of us, and was very patient with my neighbor. He answered all our questions and was very clearly not the typical "pushy, rude" car salesman. Told us clearly the plus and minus feature wise and dollar wise on several styles of cars, let us do a test drive on one of the cars to see what we thought. He was absolutely great. We thanked him and John for their time, and we went to lunch. During lunch, my neighbor and I discussed the car, but more importantly how honest and upfront JC had been with us. Decided that she really wanted one of the cars that we looked at. We went back and within less than 2 hours, she had herself a brand new car. Quick, easy and I can't believe I'm saying this, but really fun!!!!!Fun at a car dealership, who would have thought!!!!! I have already told several of my close friends who have been considering a different car to make sure they go to Beaverton Kia first!!!! I had another friend buy a car several years ago at a different dealership and the finance piece alone took 4 hours. Jared in finance was great. He had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of his office and would have been done in less than an hour, if we hadn't been missing a piece of information that we had to go home for.... This was truly the best car buying experience that I have ever witnessed. Beaverton Kia is the first place anyone should go, that is looking for a great experience. More

Chris Anderson was professional and respected my time. I called ahead, he had the cars ready to test drive. He did not pressure me to "buy today." We were shown the invoice, negotiated a fair price for my trade in, chose our financing and were in and out of the dealership with my new Sportage in four hours. I would recommend Chris, Tony and Beaverton Kia to anyone wanting a hassle free buying experience. More
