Looking for a used car to replace the one my wife totalled two days prior, I found Beaverton Kia had exactly what we needed. Initial email contact was positive and subsequent phone calls were productive. We dealt primarily with Bobby Richard, who among others on the staff was a "Car Guy", very knowledgeable about the make and model we were looking for, and some also owned the same. There was never any pressure to make a purchase, after I drove the car on our first visit and we were welcomed back for my wife to take a turn behind the wheel. The vehicle price was adjusted to stay within our budget as was a Vehicle Service Contract we purchased to supplement their generous Used Vehicle Limited Warranty. At a very stressful time, we were kept at ease by Bobby and the staff and were treated with respect and care. We would not hesitate to recommend Beaverton Kia and would certainly consider them for another purchase. This is without a doubt, the most pleasant, quick and unstressful automobile purchase, new or used, that I have had, going back to my first car in 1955. More

Casey was very helpful as well and made the finance end of the deal easy. No pressure to sign up for extra stuff. I even came back the next day and Zach showed me how to work all the bells and whistles of the new car. He also showed me around the dealership and the service department. It was the most fun and relaxing car buying experience that I jar ever had. Bobby was great and helped me narrow my list of cars down to the Kia forte he knew about all of the available features and help that I jar ever had. Everything went well during the purchasing process. One of the remote entry keys did not work when I drove the car home but they had a new one for me within a week. A month later I received a call from a manager stating they over paid my old loan and I owed them about $20. I've never had a car company do that and I was very put off by it. I was going to pay it but I was also going to put in a formal complaint to KIA Motors, but when the manager sensed this and saw I was a repeat customer she decided to write it off as well as offer a free oil change in return for a favorable review. So customer service gets a 4 rating from me because there is definitely some room for improvment but the rest was great. More

I emailed on a Saturday intending to purchase if the price was right. Did not receive a reply until closing time. Same thing the following weekend. I decided to drive to the lot and received good service. Went home and made my decision. Texted and emailed my sales rep at 11:30 am. At 7pm that evening, I was told they were limited on staff and I would have an answer by noon the following day. At 11 am the following day, I was told the car sold after my salesman went home for the evening. I understand that mis communications can happen, but my last contact with him was at 7pm, and they closed at 8pm. I have a hard time believing that the car was sold in that hour. I have dealt with other dealerships via internet and had great results. Beaverton Kia needs help in that department for sure. I must add that they are friendly and I experienced no pressure, which was wonderful. More

There was no pressure to buy, no manipulation, no guilt. I test-drove two cars and he seemed fine with that and was polite and friendly throughout the hour he spent with me. When he gave me his card, one of the managers came out and I was worried I was about to get the hard sell, but when I explained the situation, he just asked if I thought I might come back to purchase when I was ready and seemed happy to let me go. Really appreciated that the staff listened to my explanation and didn't apply any pressure at all. More
