It was the most fun and relaxing car buying experience that I jar ever had. Bobby was great and helped me narrow my list of cars down to the Kia forte he knew about all of the available features and help that I jar ever had. Everything went well during the purchasing process. One of the remote entry keys did not work when I drove the car home but they had a new one for me within a week. A month later I received a call from a manager stating they over paid my old loan and I owed them about $20. I've never had a car company do that and I was very put off by it. I was going to pay it but I was also going to put in a formal complaint to KIA Motors, but when the manager sensed this and saw I was a repeat customer she decided to write it off as well as offer a free oil change in return for a favorable review. So customer service gets a 4 rating from me because there is definitely some room for improvment but the rest was great. More

I emailed on a Saturday intending to purchase if the price was right. Did not receive a reply until closing time. Same thing the following weekend. I decided to drive to the lot and received good service. Went home and made my decision. Texted and emailed my sales rep at 11:30 am. At 7pm that evening, I was told they were limited on staff and I would have an answer by noon the following day. At 11 am the following day, I was told the car sold after my salesman went home for the evening. I understand that mis communications can happen, but my last contact with him was at 7pm, and they closed at 8pm. I have a hard time believing that the car was sold in that hour. I have dealt with other dealerships via internet and had great results. Beaverton Kia needs help in that department for sure. I must add that they are friendly and I experienced no pressure, which was wonderful. More
I went in to just to test drive cars as I won't have the money together until later this week. I explained this to Robert and he was completely fine with that. There was no pressure to buy, no manipulation, no guilt. I test-drove two cars and he seemed fine with that and was polite and friendly throughout the hour he spent with me. When he gave me his card, one of the managers came out and I was worried I was about to get the hard sell, but when I explained the situation, he just asked if I thought I might come back to purchase when I was ready and seemed happy to let me go. Really appreciated that the staff listened to my explanation and didn't apply any pressure at all. More
Bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, went to thid Dealer twice because I wasn't sure if I wanted this vehicle for sure or not. Kept shopping but really liked the car and the people at Bob Lanphere's! They offer a lot to their customers and make sure the vehicles are exactly how you want them once you buy them! I love my car so much! When i bought it there was an issue with the DVD player and they are so wonderful they tried to fix it but couldnt, so they replaced it! My car was also detailed and filled with GAS! They are so wonderful and willing to work with you on anything! I would recommend them to anyone! THANKS GUYS! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Another great thing--- When the employees speak so highly of the OWNER- Bob Lanphere, that he is one of the best bosses and treat all there employees great it sure shows a lot about the company and how it runs! I bought a used car from Craig W, back in October and he couldn't have made it a more enjoyable experience. It honestly took longer to take the test drives and check out the cars they had, then it did to purchase the car. Finance manager ,Don worked hard to help me get the best financing possible through my credit union and from paperwork signing, trade in etc it took maybe 30 minutes Which by the way I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6, I love the car and love these guys!! These guys honestly know customer service!! Great job More
My husband and I went to visit the dealership a few weeks ago, and found the salesman John Kim to be VERY pushy and unfriendly. He would NOT take "no" for an answer.
