We went to Beaverton Kia to buy a truck we found advertised on line. We worked with Allen, a very unique salesman with a 'no pressure' approach and so helpful. The prices was $19,900. We only wanted to spend $18,000 and we came to an agreement at $19,000. We did all the paperwork and when Allen took our payment to the front desk the Sales Manager refused the deal we had made. She said they couldn't go below the listed price. A car dealer that won't haggle?? A manager who won't stand behind the deal made by their own salesman? Would never come to this dealership again. We left without the truck. More
I originally went in to the dealership looking for a used Scion XB and found out that I could get a new Kia Soul for just a little bit more money. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So, I go to the dealer expecting to get hosed and played with, so my guard is up. After a few minutes on the lot looking at new cars I went into the showroom. I was greeted by Zack. I didn't no what color or options i wanted and had never driven one. Zack was very friendly, patient, attentive, and showed me the Optimas withthe options I wanted. I drove 3 cars in town and on the freeway. Zack let me drive the cars where I desired. When I got back to the dealership Zack didn't try to hustle me into the "box" to make a quick deal. Usually the experience with car salesmen is to lead you into a negotiations and begin the games. THESE GUYS ARE DIFFERENT!!!! Instead of sitting me down and pumping me up with high price, he introduced me to the used car manager, Robert Fritscher. Robert looked at my car and gave me a fair price. I know it was fair because I did lots of research. We came to a deal that fit my needs. These guys really were wonderful to work with, NO STRESS. The negotiations were very friendly and realxed. I got what I wanted and they got what they wanted. A TOTAL WIN/WIN I have bought many cars in my life time. It is very rare to find a dealer so easy to do business with. I will definetly buy my next car from these guys AND I would not hesitate to recommend Beaverton Kia to anyone. I hope all of you who read this review will have the same great experience. Bought a used Civic for a great price from Zach. He was very professional, pleasant, interested in addressing all our concerns. The other employees that helped us complete the transaction were all very fri very professional, pleasant, interested in addressing all our concerns. My husabnd and I went to purchase a new Kia. we had researched it online and felt comfortable with what we wanted to buy. Our paperwork took less than an hour and there was no haggling. It was a great expereince and not high pressured at all. We love our new car and we would recommended Beaverton Kia and Nasir again. I visited Beaverton Kia a few weeks ago to find a car for my sister, but she was unable to qualify with her current credit. When my husband heard about the new Kia I test drove with her, he did some research my sister, but she was unable to qualify with her current credit. When my husband heard about the new Kia I test drove with her, he did some research online and decided that he would like to lease a new Kia. He went in to test drive by himself, then we returned later and test drove together. Art was friendly and helpful, but Darren and Alisha were the reason we sealed the deal. Alisha invited us behind the counter to watch as she plugged in numbers and came up with cooresponding payment. She was knowledgeable, helpful and transparent about what would be included in the deal. Darren was a great resource for information about leasing programs, warranty information and what happens at the end of the lease. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made our experience very pleasant, which is not something I usually associate with car shopping! More
My husband called on a used vehicle, he spoke with Amanda and got the answers we needed. We went in on Thurs. evening to test drive the vehicle. We didn't want to make a decision so my husband said we wanted and got the answers we needed. We went in on Thurs. evening to test drive the vehicle. We didn't want to make a decision so my husband said we wanted to sleep on it and call back in the AM to let them know that we were still interested. They were very understanding, which is impressive in itself because usually car dealerships want you to BUY RIGHT NOW! That was not the impression we go from Amanda. My husband called and let them know we were still interested and we would be there that evening to drawer up the paper work. When we arrived OUR new to us but used vehicle was sitting in the show room detailed and looked FABULOUS! Amanda herself drove it into the show room and treated my husband and I like people should be treated buying a car. Our experience with Darren was just as wonderful! You don't hear a MAYBE from him it's I CAN DO THAT! If he couldn't he would do something even better and that is why my husband and I bought our vehicle! A plus was the warm chocolate cookies we got when we were filling out paper work and also Darren gave us 2 free oil changes! NICE! Thanks again to Amanda and Darrin, you both are the reason we bought our van. We will direct all our family and friends to deal with you both. More
I have been trying to trade my car for so long and have been unsuccessful in doing so. I tried once again on the 4th of August and met with Amanda. She explained she was a fighter and boy was. She was calling to update me on the status and it didn't look so good at first, but then on the 13th of August, she called me with some good news. Keep in mind Amanda said she was a fighter and she never gave up on. She was able to do exactly what i wanted, a lower payment and a new car. You would think that i would be happy. I've tried so long to trade in my old car, my baby that I've grown attached to but i wasn't happy..... Until i saw the car and all the upgrades i was getting!!! Amanda told me the story of how it happened and said that Alisha had some extra pull to make this happen. Those ladies are AWESOME!!! So here i am in my new Kia Optima with touch screen, navigation, bluetooth, ebony black, and much much more. If u need help getting into something new, go to Beaverton Kia!!! They will treat you how you want to be treated all the time with no tricks. I want to give a special Thanks and God bless to Amanda and Alisha had. Thanks also to entire staff of Beaverton Kia. I gave Beaverton Kia a perfect score because everyone went above and beyond to make our purchase as simple as possible. My 20yr old daughter and I went in on a Wednesday to "just look" at a Kia Soul - M went above and beyond to make our purchase as simple as possible. My 20yr old daughter and I went in on a Wednesday to "just look" at a Kia Soul - Marty gave us a run down of all the options available and let my daughter take one on a test drive. She decided she needed to check out one more car at "another" dealer before deciding. Marty was totally understanding and respected our decision to hold off, even though Alisha ran the numbers and let me see how affordable a brand new 2011 vehicle could be. I told them that my husband was out of town until Friday and I would not be making any purchases before he could take a look himself. Again, no pressure from anyone. I took my husband in on Saturday so he could check it out, but HE wasn't ready to commit on the spot. The next day I called Darrin and Marty and asked if they could have one ready by the following week...but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse so two hours later I bought a new 2011 Soul. My daughter is trilled with her new car! More
