I came into beaverton kia a few times looking for a new vehicle i was first helped by Allen Williams who was very friendly and helped give me an idea of what i needed to buy a new car. we decided it would vehicle i was first helped by Allen Williams who was very friendly and helped give me an idea of what i needed to buy a new car. we decided it would be best if my mom could co-sign for me and i would come back later. after a few weeks i came back in and i was greeted by Jacob Raleigh as Allen was busy Jacob agreed to show me some vehicles and was very informative and friendly. i was having a hard time deciding between the sportage and the soul but after test driving both and learning all the differences there was no doubt that the Soul was the car for me but wasn't in the position to buy it yet. i came back a final time and Jacob helped put together a great deal for me, although there was some back and forth (as expected) he was not pushy in fact it felt as if he was in my corner really trying to get me the best deal possible and in the end i left with a brand new Soul +. i would recommend this dealership and Jacob to anyone buying a new vehicle by far the best sales experience i have ever been through. When my girlfriend, her mother and I got to the dealership i was wanting to look at a Chevy Cavalier, but the first salesman said it wasn't on site due to going thru the 160-point check list. He left to get another salesman after I mistakenly got on him cause i thought why have a car on the web site if it isn't on site to look at. Jayson J.J Lewis came out to help and he helped me find a good car(2009 Kia Rio). After he got my info and how much i was willing to put down as a down payment he went to talk to Mr.Shannon Beasley, to see what he could come up with in the financing end. Shannon came back that he was going to send it to a sub-company of Unitus Credit Union. But we wouldn't know until Monday. So Monday comes around and Shannon calls me and says I been financed and come in to sign new paperwork due to a lower payment. So My girlfriend and I arrive at the dealership and go in to see Shannon, he said another company would be doing the financing, but they wanted 600 more on the down payment. I couldn't do that. So We came up with add my girlfriend as a co-signer, Shannon went to work as we sat in the showroom area. Shannon came back and said we got financed by another company Capital One. So between J.J and Shannon I got a new used car from Beaverton Kia. I will recommend Beaverton Kia to anyone looking for a new or used vehicles. I went the Internet Sales route - having 'built' my Kia Sorento on kia.com after having spent a week and a half or so researching vehicles and finally settling on the Sorento, for its look, features, mpg, Sorento on kia.com after having spent a week and a half or so researching vehicles and finally settling on the Sorento, for its look, features, mpg, 3rd row option and above all lower price than comparable CUVs. The purchase couldn't have been smoother. I thank Mike Todd for that. He'd only been in his new job role (Internet Sales) 3 days.. but it didn't seem like it. He made the sales experience comfortable and seamless from the very start. After submitting my inquiry through kia.com and selecting Beaverton Kia, Mike called within the hour, Asking how he could help. We lined up 2 test drives, one on Friday with the I4 AWD and the other on Saturday with the V6 AWD. The 6 didn't feel as sluggish as the 4, and I didn't notice any shakiness whatsoever on the 6 at the traffic lights. Plus - you can definitely feels the horses behind the pedal of the 6. Funny - I went in expecting to purchase a 4 with FWD and GDI, and left with a 6 with AWD ;). But I'm glad Mike talked me into it, for the reasons he laid out. I trusted Mike every step of the way, he respected the price targets I wanted, took note of the color preferences and features I was interested in and found exactly the car I was looking for in the 2012 series. He drove 3 hours from Beaverton to Puyallup WA in order to make the deal possible. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Thanks Mike for all that you did to complete the sale after having answered all my questions (via email/in person). I wish you the best. More
I traded in my Kia for a Subaru that had been sitting on the lot for some time. I tell all my friends if they want a KIA they better get to Beaverton Kia for the best service and deal on the planet! Amazing customer service. Put the car on the red carpet with sign reserved for us, so when we got there it was soo nice! After years of feeling used and abused by dealerships, I go to Beaverton Kia hoping to find a replacement vehicle. I look at a used car - but it's just a little too expensive for me. So, they bring out a go to Beaverton Kia hoping to find a replacement vehicle. I look at a used car - but it's just a little too expensive for me. So, they bring out a new Kia Forte. I drive it. I love it. It's just under the price for the other car, and it has the warranty - the used car didn't have. This just made perfect sense. So, unlike the other dealerships I've dealt with, it's quick, easy and actually fun. The people are personable, and they do what they say. Later, when I take my car in for servicing, I discover it's quick, painless and less expensive than other car makes when it comes to the pricing. Once again, I'm sold. It's like having personalized service - they actually remember me and I feel as though I count! So, I test drive other models, and the sales people are just great! I cannot say enough. I even enjoy speaking with the others in the waiting room - it's like a commercial. Love my Car and Love my Dealer! More

I am a brand new customer to this dealership service dept as I purchased the Kia in Vancouver from another dealership, even though I live in Beaverton. From the very beginning, Chris, was not only very personable in his demeanor but took the time and consideration for all my concerns as well as my personal situation (disability)reassuring me things will be taken care of, while providing me with full ride services. I have worked with another dealership and car make for 12 years where I was reasonably satisfied, but I never experienced the caliber of service I experienced here at Beaverton Kia. It is nice to know that people truly care and look out for your best interest. Thank you Chris, and thank you 'Giggles' for the ride and for offering assistance with my new Forte. More
Beaverton Kia was great to work with overall, even while they couldn't get me the deal that I wanted. I initially went in to test drive the Sorento and quickly fell in love with the vehicle. His no pressure, honest, yet laid back personality was a perfect match for the type of interaction I prefer when dealing with a sales situation. Art let me test drive the vehicle to my comfort and showed me additional models. It was a great interaction! I called back the next day hoping to get a deal on the Sorento compared to prices I had seen purchased on the internet, unfortunately at that time Beaverton Kia was not able to match that deal for the additional packages I had wanted. If you are looking for a friendly, informative, yet no pressure salesman, Art is a wonderful match for your needs. My banking company offers a car buying service which offered a reasonable price certificate reported by its certified dealers, which led me to communicating with Mike Todd at Beaverton Kia about my desired Sorento w/ package. Mike responded within 24 hours to my initial inquiry and provided me information on available vehicles. He was incredibly friendly and professional in his communication. Again, Beaverton Kia was not able to match the quoted price per my pricing certificate, but did encourage me to go with the best deal possible even when that meant utilizing a different dealership. Beaverton Kia did offer reasonable prices for their vehicles and performed searches across two states for available vehicles, which was incredibly appreciated. In the end, they just couldn't match the original price point my official certificate quoted nor provide me with the best deal compared to other dealerships in the greater PDX area. I still would encourage others to visit & utilize the sales services at Beaverton Kia. More than likely we will be using Beaverton Kia for some of our servicing or parts needs.
