My experience at Beaverton Kia was great!! When we initially walked into the dealership we were greeted by H. Adel, he was super friendly and ready and willing to assist us. The financing department is very efficient and Jacob Norquist makes sure you understand all the documents before signing, that way there are no questions left unanswered. THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! In my many years, I have been to many dealerships and purchased several vehicles. Every time was a stressful ALL day event and price haggeling...usually not to my benefi have been to many dealerships and purchased several vehicles. Every time was a stressful ALL day event and price haggeling...usually not to my benefit. This was my first experience with Beaverton Kia and I will never go anywhere else!! We went in on a prayer hoping to trade our vehicle for the lowest priced used car so we could lower our monthly pmts. Our current vehicle no longer served our family's needs and the payments were above our budget. We knew it probably wouldn't work out but wanted to give it a shot. We explained our situation right up front to avoid the usual lengthy sales pitches that we figured were coming. Much to our surprise, this NEVER happened here, and from beginning to end we were treated like royalty. We were immediately shown the car we had come in to see, and just as quickly started working on paperwork. Just as we had thought though, our "upside-down" trade was hurting us...BUT because of the expert financial knowledge of our sales person and the finance dept., they explained everything to us and were able to work out the numbers with a NEW car. Even with this change in events, testing the new car, and doing paperwork, we were still out of there in half the time that it's ever taken! We now have an AWESOME Kia Soul...the car I really wanted. It drives beautifully, uses minimal gas, AND our payments are lowered!! I LOVE MY CAR AND I LOVE YOU GUYS! We'll be back when we're ready for our second car! More

Davyd has gone to extreme lengths to get things to work for me regarding financing. They didn't have the color I wanted in the lot, but they had no problem in ording the one I wanted! I've come to know the staff well. Robin in Servicing is great as well! They always get my repairs done on time and give me a great 'loaner' car while they work on mine (which is awesome! how else would I get to the places I need to go) Overall, great dealership! I love my SOUL! More

Jacob Raleigh is awesome, we went to JUST LOOK, and we Bought a Brand new Kia..I have to say Our Test drive of the Kia Optima was the best test drive I have ever been on. This really was a TEST drive, he Bought a Brand new Kia..I have to say Our Test drive of the Kia Optima was the best test drive I have ever been on. This really was a TEST drive, he had me stop when he said stop, it really showed just how awesome the brake system is in the Optima. Then he had me park in a parking lot with no cars around me. He had me crank my wheel all the way to the right and go in a circle. The tightness of the cornering is awesome. The car went right back in the same spot. Then he had me do it in reverse. Same results. It is easy to just talk about a vehicle and what it can do, but to actually experience it, makes your buying decision easier.
