The vehicle is for a family member who is moving down to portland, and she likes the car. It can be intimidating to purchase a car, especially if, like me, you haven't been in a car dealership for a while (13 years to be exact!) I went to Beaverton Kia to look at a used 2009 Nissan Cube and was like me, you haven't been in a car dealership for a while (13 years to be exact!) I went to Beaverton Kia to look at a used 2009 Nissan Cube and was immediately welcomed by Allen Williams. He showed me the car I wanted and was willing to show me anything else that may interest me, but I never felt pressured into something above my price range or that I didn't want. Allen listened to my needs and it was clear that he just wanted to see me with a car that I would like and that would fit in my budget. He walked me though the sales process and made it as easy and comfortable as possible. In fact, each and every person I came in contact with that day was helpful, understanding and reassuring. I think Beaverton Kia's unofficial motto should be "No Problem!" because no matter what issue I had (my husband is working in another part of the state so he couldn't sign off on our trade, I couldn't find the title for the trade, etc.) "no problem" was the answer. When I left to drive home in my new Cube, I felt really good about the transaction all the way around. I would highly recommend Allen and Beaverton Kia for anyone shopping for a used car! More

I ONLY went in to measure the back of the Kia Soul to see how much room there would be with the back seats down. Two hours later I drove out with a new Kia Soul. I was considering the Nissan Cube and the Sci how much room there would be with the back seats down. Two hours later I drove out with a new Kia Soul. I was considering the Nissan Cube and the Scion XB but the Soul was rated better in Consumer Reports and other sources and I really made the right decision as the car is great. I was very pleased with dealing with Jacob in purchasing the car then Davyd with the financing. I have always looked at buying a car comparable to having root canal surgery. I can't recommend Beaverton Kia and Jacob and Davyd enough as I would certainly buy another car here. More

I was at the dealership to have service done on my car. While I was waiting I went and looked over the new KIA's. Travis came out and offered me a test drive on the 2014 KIA FORTE EX GDI. So Travis had Eric evaluate my car for trade in. They took the time to explain what my finance options were & what else I wanted added to the car. Jake finished with the financing thru KIA Motors. It was a great feeling to work with sales people who are looking out for the customer. This was 4th time dealing with this dealership for a new vehicle. There service department is great also always there to help with any questions you might have on service. More
Our first experience with Beaverton Kia 4 years ago was a nightmare. The sales person was very pushing, argumentative and condescending. Jacob explained that there had been changes made to management and staff and asked that we give them a second chance. I agreed and to Jacob’s surprise we arrived to look at vehicle. The experience we dramatically different. Jacob and his management team work hard to meet our needs within our budget and re-earned my business. More
During my initial phone call Joel was understanding about my needs which was a used car (second family car) and gave me directions from Albany, Oregon. After my husband and I arrived we were met at the door with a smile and other plesantries. We were directed to Will and he took me to the lot to view the cars Joela and I had discussed. I returned to the auto show room and Joel and My husband had decided on getting a new car which was still in our price range. The other sales representatives as well as the receptionist made our visit jovial while we looked over the new 2013 Rio. Joel and I took it out for a test drive and upon returning I made my decision to purchase it. My husband and Joel made the final arrangements while Will told me about the amenities of the Rio and what it had to offer. I mentioned that we were military and they asked for our DD214 to be emailed to them and continued expediting out paperwork. We had our own financing and everything went smoothly. All in all we were happy, I took home anew rather than a used car in my budget. We watched the basketball game while we were waiting and continued to be entertained by the staff. Over the past 2 weeks we had been searching not just for a car but for excellent customer service we found both here and will definitely let our friends and neighbors know about it. As a Clinical Psychiatrists, how I am treated means a lot to me and the people I am involved with. It was more than just about purchasing a car but rather an experience to be remembered. Thank you for the opportunity to experience that all car salesman are not out to get over, but to enhance once quality of life and reiterate that there are people that care about others and equally care about the work they do. I was apprehensive about buying a new car, I remember from previous purchases, spending the whole day, back and forth trying to get a good price and wasn't looking forward to this at all. As soon as I drove into the Beaverton Kia lot, Cody came over greeted me and with no pressure, explained all the features of the Kia Soul I was interested in. Cody and I went for a test drive, where he pointed out all of the features of the car. Once I drove it, I really liked it and wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I worked with Cody, as we took all my pertinent info to get qualified for the loan. Cody's manager, came in and explained the financing, really made me feel comfortable and informed with my decisions. Once we had an agreement, I signed all of the papers with Davyd, where he clearly explained what I was signing. Cody took me to the service department where I met Ed. Now my car was ready, it was 2 hours and 10 minutes from the minute I drove on the lot to when I drove off in my new car. I am very pleased with my experience with Beaverton Kia and the guys I worked with. I will recommend it to all of my friends. More
