My wife and I visited Kia more than a year ago to look at new Sorentos. We met Allen, a very friendly easy to get along with Kia Sales Representative. Allen was knowledgeable and insightful and helped answer all of our questions. More than a year later (July 2013) we went back to Kia as we were ready to buy a new Sorento after test driving other competitive SUV contenders like the 2014 RDX, 2013 Santa Fee, 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the 2013 Outback. The Sorento EX, SX and SXL offers better options in the interior and exterior that all of those cars combined AND the ride is fantastic; a super comfortable luxury ride at the right price. We remembered Allen and the way in which he conducts business; no pressure, no hassling. He lets the product sell itself and he helps coordinate the application, negotiations and presents you with options based on that data to get you into the right vehicle you are comfortable with. Allen makes you feel right at home and treats you with respect and it was a pleasure working with him. This dealership ran some heavy doses of radio ads for bad credit financing. With the change in the economy I have some medical bills and a tax lien but always paid my car loans. Just pulled all my car loans on all three bureaus and all my car loans are current and past loans paid in full. Got a call from Paul Kim and emailed and said they have no way to help me. I don't understand if you buy radio ads for rebuilder finance then you should be able to help? I would have never applied so I would prevent an inquiry on my report. This dealership does not help people with bad credit as advertised. If you have bad credit do not apply here as the radio ads are not correct. Instead work on cleaning up your credit and apply with a dealer who is honest out the gate. More

I was on my way to the Ford dealer to see an Escape, but stopped at the Kia store since I liked the way the Soul looied. Cody was the first person that came to me and he showed me the car. I have a back fusion, so it's important to me that I don't have to "fall" into the drivers seat; The seat and my rear end were on the same plane, I didn't have to fall into the seat or climb into the seat. It was perfect. Cody told me about the bigger engine, but we drove the 1.6 L and I was impressed. Since I had just moved to Portland, the SW side, I felt that I needed a car and the Soul fit the bill. It has many standard features, like cruise, hands free phone, power windows and locks and 4 wheel ABS. The car was quiet, ran well and I was impressed. The test drive was a "test drive":. Accelerating, braking and cornering and the car was impressive, that I made my deal that night, of which I did not intend to do. Since I had a rental car that first week, Cody offered to bring my car to me and return my rental on "his day off." He didn't have to do it, but it was sure appreciated. I continue to be impressed by the car and have had follow up calls from Cody. An enjoyable auto buying experience. (I leased it) More
I went to Beaverton Kia looking for a car that would suit my needs. I expected to be shown the most expensive car and for someone to smooth talk me into buying it. I was very wrong. Paul listened to what I was looking for and instead of showing me an expensive car with features I didn't need, he found the perfect match and it was far from being the most expensive. He treated me with respect and by the end almost felt like a friend! The rest of the place had a great atmosphere and I enjoyed the entire process. They worked very hard to get me a good deal and I certainly feel like I did! More

He told me to make a list of all the things I wanted and he helped me make a very fair deal. I'm extremely happy with my new Sportage. It drives like a dream. More
