Went to Beaverton to purchase a new car. Paul was very helpful and extremely informative. He seems like a very sincere and considerate guy, it was a pleasure working with him and enjoyed the process. We negotiated a price and then that's where I'm assuming communication failed between the finance reps. The contract was written up incorrectly and I failed to catch the error, now I'm stuck paying $4,000 more than I had intended. It was a great experience up until the point of finding the error, to which had no fix. My initial review is above and gave them initially pretty good reviews even though they messed up in a big way. But it just continued downhill. First after trying to sort out the obvious issue of pricing error or communication error I was accused of buyers remorse and given a lecture. The young man who was the sales associate stayed as far away from the debaucle as possible, I think he should've been in the middle trying to find the truth. And it continues they didn't send my info to the DOL until the day before my trip permit expired and that only because I followed up and had to make sure (because they forgot.) I was told I could drop the service contract any time and so after seeing the manufacturer warranty decided I would drop the service contract. 3 weeks ago I told them I wanted it drop and only today did I get any information and that after sending a message to their general manager. I truly like my car, no regrets there. The only regret, it's an obvious. More

We agreed on a price, I signed the contract without looking and was charge thousands more. They have had my plates for over 60 days and will not return my phone calls on how to get them. I have been told since Rolo doesn't work for them anymore it is not their problem even though clearly stated in my contract the original price of the car was not what was advertised and the $1000 refund for taking the manual instead of the automatic was not in the contract. Not to mention some other issues but I have not complained publicly for over 60 days because i have tried to resolve the issues with them. I have left emails, phone calls, messages, messages to be hand delivered and Dave the finance manager will not return my calls as the ONLY issue I am having is trying to get my plates that they apparently transferred off a car I drove for 7 days but never gave me the plates on my new car. Even if they have no information I would have appreciated the decency of a call back or an email or anything... send a message through the receptionist. I just want my plates. More

It is my moto that I "hate dealing with car stuff". When I sold my car quicker than expected I found myself in a position where I was going to need to buy a car much quicker than I planned. I stuff". When I sold my car quicker than expected I found myself in a position where I was going to need to buy a car much quicker than I planned. I put my head down and went on a mission to get this whole car thing taken care of as quickly as possible. I thought I had decided on a different car already, but decided to drop into the Bevaerton Kia dealership since the dune colored Soul had caught my eye one the street. Jacob was attentive immediately and took me out on a test drive. He was very easy to talk to and he explained all of the car features that I would be interested in. Jacob was so fun to work with and he patiently entertained all of my...many...questions. The highlight of the test drive was when Jacob told me to choose a spot in a vacant parking lot, crank the wheel to the right, and step on the gas. I laughed so hard because that Soul sure can spin, and knew in that moment I would end up buying that car. After all, it's a pretty good sign if a car can make you laugh everytime you get into it. After I made my decision, though, I found myself in a confusing place with my bank. What had been going so smoothly suddenly got very complicated. It would have been a frustrating scenario, except that Josh stepped in and helped me every step of the way. He explained the ins and outs of the paperwork to me in detail, and when I asked a million questions he explained again. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the terms I finally signed on, even to the point of acting on my behalf and playing the role of the bank when I didn't feel supported by them. He gave me straight information the entire time and in the end I signed a deal I felt like I fully understood and felt comfortable with...thanks for being my Kia Dad Josh! All of this occurred in a very short time frame during a very busy week for me. The guys were so patient, so flexible, and truly set a standard for what customer service in car sales should be. From delivering my car to me at home to sitting and catching up during my first oil change at the service center 3 months later, Jacob and Josh go above and beyond and created the first ever "car stuff" scenario that I didn't hate being a part of. We were given a quote over the internet from their sales department (which I printed out, thankfully) and they did not honor the quote I was given. Not even close. "Don't worry about the price. I was told this after asking the salesman a number of times about matching the price I was given. He dismissed it (and me) repeatedly until he wasted an hour of my time, my wife's time, and our baby's. Ridiculous. And they had the nerve as we were leaving to try to make us feel like we were somehow overreacting. A tactic used often at dealerships. Buying a car shouldn't be like this. We were lied to several times. Small lies, but it was just so obvious. Like the sales manager telling us he hadn't seen or heard of the internet quote we were given when I saw the guy helping us hand him the paper minutes before. Where else is it considered the norm to lie to your customers? No where. Only at car dealerships. Would not recommend this place at all. Very friendly people on the surface, I'll say that much. Be beware. Snakes be squirming under those smiles. More

We've purchased 3 cars from Beaverton Kia so far. The first two experiences were quite questionable, but our most recent experience was wonderful. Nisar greeted us promptly and listened to our needs and concerns. He was helpful in explaining the cars' features and how it met our needs and he was great with our 2 y/o son. He made a new friend! We received several rebates and they gave us a great trade-in value for our Sportage. The whole process was really quick. Jake and Joel, the finance guys, were great in getting us a wonderful interest rate and payments we could afford. We were able to get exactly the car we needed and wanted. My wife is very happy! Best experience of any dealership we've been to. We'd definitely like to buy from Nisar again! Jake & Gen More
