I was in the market for a Kia Soul and I contacted my local Kia dealership. Cameron the internet manager called me within minutes of me putting in a inquiry to his dealership. My wife and I went to Beaverton Kia to look at a new car for her. She was interested in the Soul, the Forte and the Optima. The Soul had a trunk space that was too shallow. The Forte was a bit too small for her. She was interested in the Soul, the Forte and the Optima. The Soul had a trunk space that was too shallow. The Forte was a bit too small for her preference. We came across the Optima in a color that she has been looking for. It was a 2013, CPO, low miles, Turbo, SX limited edition. After driving the car, she felt this was the one. When it came to price, we had to come to an agreement as there was quite a delta between what we would pay and what the dealer was asking for the car. There was a trade-in that also had to be considered in the bottom line price. After some bantering, we came to an agreement on a price that would work for all parties involved. Chris was knowledgable about the car we were purchasing and provided us with the answers and information we needed. During the negotiations, we asked that the sales manager be involved to close the sale. We did finalize the purchase with the finance representative who (understandably) pitched an added service contract and an additional warranty on top of the already great warranty offered by Kia. We declined these services and completed the purchase for the agreed price of the car. When we were finished making the purchase, the car was nicely cleaned up, filled with a full tank of fuel and ready to take home. Overall, it was a good experience More

I give it a 10++ I recently bought a 2014 Kia Sorento at Beaverton Kia and all I can say is what a great experience, especially with Cameron Hollis, the internet sales manager. I cannot begin to express th Beaverton Kia and all I can say is what a great experience, especially with Cameron Hollis, the internet sales manager. I cannot begin to express the high level of professionalism and the amazing level of service I got from the Beaverton Kia team. I had been window shopping for a new car for about a year. So I had really nailed down what I wanted and what my requirements were of a vehicle and they delivered. From my first correspondence with Cameron, to the GM Jake Hochmeister and the finance manager David; they were all top notch. I gave them my price range and what I wanted. I got a call back in an hour, with a car that met my needs. I drove out and test drove the Sorento that they had found. With in 2 hours I was driving off the lot with my new car. Yes, 2 hours!!! Not 5 or 7, 2! I felt no pressure to buy or add on and they didn’t shove me to a car that a) was out of my price range or b) wasn’t what I wanted. They nailed it! And they are getting custom leather installed that I wanted. Cameron’s knowledge of the Sorrento and his honesty in discussing certain aspects of needs I had, were refreshing. Like I said, he is top notch. The GM Jake was fantastic at laying out certain options for me as we moved forward. Then the financing, David came in and knocked it out the park getting me a fantastic rate with my credit union. Would I buy from them again? No doubt. I would even send my mom there, alone. This team is honest, ethical and has a VERY high level of customer service. Fantastic team, fantastic service and I could not be happier with my experience at Beaverton Kia. More
