The Young Family Beaverton Kia Review To Whom It May Concern, My wife and I arrived at Beaverton Kia looking for a safe, affordable and reliable vehicle for our family. Our need for a n To Whom It May Concern, My wife and I arrived at Beaverton Kia looking for a safe, affordable and reliable vehicle for our family. Our need for a new vehicle was urgent We were immediately impressed how quickly the Salesman introduced himself and made us feel welcome. He was competent, professional and very personable. That Salesman's name is Theo Stidmon. Theo showed us a number a vehicles and was able to answer all our questions. We test drove a 2015 Kia Soul before looking at three others. The experience was fun, stress free and enlightening. My wife and I told Theo we were not ready to make a decision right then and there and that we needed to discuss it further over dinner. Theo was respectful of our wishes, which impressed us even more. Theo really cared about what was right for us and ensured we had a quality experience. He was understanding of our situation and gave us his information. Before we went to dinner we visited the Beaverton Honda dealership down the street. Although we were greeted immediately and given a tour of the show room, my wife and I did not feel as invited or welcomed as Theo made us feel at Beaverton Kia. We felt overwhelmed and noticed how many of their workers were just standing around. When we returned to Beaverton Kia after dinner, not only did an employee approach us to ask if he could help us, but when we told him we had been working with Theo, he retrieved Theo immediately. While we were gone test driving another Soul, my inlaws arrived to meet us. When we returned another employee approached my wife and informed us her parents had arrived. Theo introduced himself to my inlaws and children and ensured they had a wonderful experience as well. Jacob Norquist in finance answered every question we had and did a great job explaining the financial side of things. Jacob too was competent, professional and personable. He made sure our experience was a great one! After negotiating with Jacob, we decided to make a purchase. We drove out of Beaverton Kia with a brand new 2015 Kia Soul. My wife and I got it at the price we wanted and have not experienced any buyer remorse what-so-ever. Theo and Jacob were awesome! Nisar Qazi and Joel Banks were very personable and helpful to my son who bought a Kia Forte. All of the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make this car buying experience a good one. We felt that the staff at Beaverton Kia actually listened to us and worked with us to make this experience so much different than the hard, aggressive sleazy sales we had experienced earlier in the day.
