Expecting the same old "used car salesman" routine, I was more than surprised to find his unique approach both professional and fun. I set a time to come to the dealership and and couldn't be any more Impressed. The process went exactly as explained to me, there was no back and forth from some other manager, and Joe had me on the road in less than 2 hours that he actually had bet me lunch I would be there, and most of the time laughing. The entire team at Beaverton Kia treat you like family and Joe in particular made the experience truly enjoyable, not something you hear about a car dealership very often. I can't recommend them or him enough and I'm looking forward to many happy miles to come in my new Soul. More

Aside from that, they never once made me feel less then for not having the perfect credit score. Joe had me laughing through the whole sales process and made the experience an enjoyable one... Joe was amazing, from the initial phone call to finalizing the purchase. We received the best price (I got quotes from over 8 kia sales departments) and were impressed with his sales approach. Friendly, funny, (when was the last time you were laughing throughout the entire car purchase?! We were!) and did not once use deceptive language or tactics. If he leaves to another dealership when we are ready to purchase again or when we recommend friends we will follow him. He's earned our loyalty. Loved the experience !
