But Joe Garwood made the experience the easiest thing in the entire world. He worked incredibly hard to get me the best price and financing available, and patiently explained things in a way someone unfamiliar with the process could understand. Everyone on staff was very friendly, and I felt that they were genuinely excited to get me into a new- and safe- vehicle. Never once did I feel pushed or talked into anything- I left with exactly what I wanted, and drove away so excited to be in my brand new Kia Soul. More
stared out to be great until we had our first maintenance Leased a car back in April 2014 and at first it was great they helped us find a car we loved and still love and got us set up with a maintenance plan. Leased a car back in April 2014 and at first it was great they helped us find a car we loved and still love and got us set up with a maintenance plan...WHERE WE GET A RENTAL CAR PAID FOR WHEN WE TAKE OUR CAR IN THAT MATCHES OUR 40,000 CAR...(LIARS) & i was suppose to receive a detail with my first oil change...the moment we called back for our first oil change... its went down hill from there..THEY SET UP an oil change with me over the phone, my boyfriend brought the car in to get it changed a couple weeks later on my appointment date... well little did we both know it was being held over night... (it had the car seat still in it that I use for work friday am and saturday am) the man said he would call when it was ready.. well he called FRIDAY NIGHT SAYING IT WASNT GOING TO BE DONE until Tomorrow.. never stated his business hours or any freaking time in either messages when he said It was done.. so saturday after my 12 hour job I sat in traffic for 1.5 hours and at 650-7pm when i arrived it was closed! and i couldn't get in... the rental car that we had was an upgrade that we were paying like 50 extra a day because the one they offered was a low priced nothing quality car... FINALLY SUNDAY I drove their to get my car.. and I WAS PISSED... HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION ECT.. then stepping in my car realizing it was not detailed i WAS LIVID!!!!!!! for the rental car i left it at the front desk with the lady since the service department was closed (i prearranged a pick up) the rental place that dropped off the car was closed and NO WAY IN xxxx WAS I DRIVING BACK OUT AGAIN .... two weeks later they contact us saying we OWE 500 plus dollars because we had it for two weeks... xxx?! I called kia about 5 times to resolve the problem they didn't do crap to help me or even call me back. So i contacted the rental company and explained. ROUND TWO!? i already paid for oil changes and what not in my monthly payment so i went back again... I made an appointment and told them about the detail I never recieved and that I needed a car to be ready since would be 3 or more hours ... had to call and cancel and reschedule due to work obligations... any who My boyfriend brought it back in and NO xxxx CAR WAS READY not to mention they had no detail recorded or oil change!!!!! tire rotation?!!??! FINALLY GOT A CAR freaking box car. whatever we figured it wasn't going to be same match as ours (kia optima 2014 turbo) ...... Finally lol after this all getting it back the detail job was horrible i would never get a detail from them again I COULD HIRE A 10 year old to do it. the vacuumed some areas THAT WAS ABOUT IT!!! Don't suggest this place, will never return or recommend buying or shopping from them or service! Keep in mind before leaving this review i had called and complained and they said they would call back ect. NOPE.... months and months have gone by so truth comes out finally. More

He was friendly and knowledgeable. The process was easy to get through and Adel explained everything. I would recommend Beaverton Kia and Adel Hussain to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. The BEST car buying experience EVER! After doing some on-line homework, I was contacted by Joe Garwood. Expecting the same old "used car salesman" routine, I was more than surprised to After doing some on-line homework, I was contacted by Joe Garwood. Expecting the same old "used car salesman" routine, I was more than surprised to find his unique approach both professional and fun. I set a time to come to the dealership and and couldn't be any more Impressed. The process went exactly as explained to me, there was no back and forth from some other manager, and Joe had me on the road in less than 2 hours that he actually had bet me lunch I would be there, and most of the time laughing. The entire team at Beaverton Kia treat you like family and Joe in particular made the experience truly enjoyable, not something you hear about a car dealership very often. I can't recommend them or him enough and I'm looking forward to many happy miles to come in my new Soul. More

However, Joe and the whole crew at Beaverton Kia worked so hard and got me into a brand new Soul at the best interest rate I've ever had. Aside from that, they never once made me feel less then for not having the perfect credit score. Joe had me laughing through the whole sales process and made the experience an enjoyable one... This is NOT your typical car buying experience. No high pressure, no back and forth, just a good time with people that seem more like friends than salespeople. I will recommend this dealership and specifically Joe to everyone I know in the market for a car. More

JOE GARWOOD saw my inquiry for vehicle i wanted and he contacted me and in a DAY HE FOUND WHAT i WAS LOOKING for and contacted me.We are in the process now ; as I live in Eugene and he is in Portland ; on getting together so we can look new Sedona over and get the sale finale. Joe was amazing, from the initial phone call to finalizing the purchase. We received the best price (I got quotes from over 8 kia sales departments) and were impressed with his sales approach. Friendly, funny, (when was the last time you were laughing throughout the entire car purchase?! We were!) and did not once use deceptive language or tactics. If he leaves to another dealership when we are ready to purchase again or when we recommend friends we will follow him. He's earned our loyalty. Loved the experience ! If you're going to purchase I highly recommend going through Joe. You won't regret it. More

Had already had a very bad experience with another dealership and buying a 1995 cougar from a private owner. Joe was very helpful and very kind. After learning about how bad our old car was and knowing our money was a bit tight, he helped us out and did everything he could to get us into a new car! We were able to get a 2010 Chrysler and love everything about it! We are soooooo so thankful for everything Joe did for us to get us out of our old, unreliable car and into something so much better ^_^ We don't know what road we would be broken down on the side of without him!
