I've been dealing with Beaverton Kia for 10 years, first with the Service Dept. for an older Kia, then in Sales, for 2 EV leases. I can't say enough about the friendliness, knowledge, and trust I have with with the Service Dept. for an older Kia, then in Sales, for 2 EV leases. I can't say enough about the friendliness, knowledge, and trust I have with this dealership, especially with my Salesperson, Derek Cunningham. I've never felt that I've been rushed into anything- I get all the facts, get my questions answered, than I make my decision. Derek found the car I wanted, linked my phone, and patiently led me through the many computer settings. And I know if I have any questions, he's there to answer. Thank you Beaverton Kia! More
Beaverton Kia had a team of enthusiastic, helpful, and courteous individuals who supported each other to make our shopping experience enjoyable and satisfying. They worked with us on the price in a way that left us feeling heard and respected. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and we were able to go through the entire process at a pace that suited us devoid of frustrating waits or a sense of hurry and pressure. Special commendation goes to the sales agent who demonstrated mastery of the vehicle's features and enthusiasm for it which we found reassuring and contagious. In summary, it was a positive experience in every way. More
Great dealership to work with. Derek is awesome to work with. He is very transparent and clear about everything in the car buying/leasing process and works hard to get you the vehicle with the best fit for the best deal. This is our second lease working with him and he has made both processes easy and stress free. Their service center is a bit understaffed (like most places there days), so can take some time to get in, but totally worth it. They go above and beyond, are efficient, and good at communicating times and service needs. We have worked with Devin and Carlos in the past with services on our last car and they are awesome. More

Pretty disappointed to learn that the pricing listed on their own website was not accurate - they forgot to add the outrageous "market adjustment" gouging. The "lock-in the Lanphere Price" is pretty useles their own website was not accurate - they forgot to add the outrageous "market adjustment" gouging. The "lock-in the Lanphere Price" is pretty useless - they would not honor their own advertised price (full MSRP) BTW. Even more disappointing that you have to jump through hoops of poor communication (email, online chat, and phone calls) before they tell you "someone" simply made a typo. Wasted time! More
I had given this sale person a 5 and a great review but. ..... After we had bought our ev6 wind with tech package after about a week of owning it we thought that we wanted the gt-line. so call Derek and he ..... After we had bought our ev6 wind with tech package after about a week of owning it we thought that we wanted the gt-line. so call Derek and he let me know what was coming in this was late Jan 2023 and said it would be in late Feb 2023. So during that time did a lot if research on the gt-line and reading and me and my partner we starting to get back and forth on it and spending more money. Well fast forward to late Feb 2023 we got a text letting us know that it was in. Then that same day something came up money wise and we decided not to get it and just wait. So the next morning with I got up and e mailed and let him know that we were going to pass for the time. And then an e mail came back from him that same morning. He was pissed and I get that. But instead of saying sorry to hear you changed your mind ect ect, instead the e mail well, was not nice or professional at all. To me people change there mind all the time. Yes it was last min. but we were not expecting things to come up like we did. Maybe if you can look at another dealship. That is my 2cents More

Absolutely horrible experience trying to turn in a lease. My lease is up in two months, and I had decided not to buy my car at the end of the lease. I ended up shopping around for other cars, and decided My lease is up in two months, and I had decided not to buy my car at the end of the lease. I ended up shopping around for other cars, and decided to go with a VW that I liked. Unfortunately, just after purchasing the new car, the driver side window of my Kia was smashed (as I'm sure you all know, is unfortunately very common in the Portland area). Since I was already planning to turn in the lease, I figured I might as well turn it in that day, rather than dropping it off to be serviced and then turning it in after the window was fixed. Several of my friends have leased cars and worked at dealerships, and told me that turning in a lease takes 5-10 minutes, so I thought it would be a fast and easy process. Boy was I wrong! My best friend went with me so that I would have a ride after dropping off the car. As soon as we arrived, one of their salesmen, Carlos I believe, came out to offer assistance. When we said we were turning in the lease with the broken window, he told me that I would be liable for the car on their lot until Kia sent someone out to inspect the car if it rained and the interior got damaged, or if someone came onto their lot and caused more damage to the car. Not a big deal, I think, it's not forecasted to rain this week. Upon asking how long it would be before Kia could send someone out, Carlos shrugged and asked when my lease was up, then implied it could be 1-2 months. Baffled, my friend and I went to sit inside the dealership while Carlos did a walkaround on the car. After he came inside, he proceeded to be EXTREMELY condescending to my friend and I. He told me that Kia would "charge me however much they want" for the door dings, windshield cracks and broken window (not true, they have itemized prices on their website for these things), that I should file an insurance claim (to which I responded my insurance would not cover the window), tried to explain to me that you have to bring a lease back in near perfect condition to not be charged (to which I replied that I know how a lease works) and suggested that I "talk to family and friends" about what I should do. This comment really pissed me off, as first of all, I already had a friend there with me, and second of all, I feel that Carlos only made that comment because we were both women. I am sure that had my boyfriend been with me, Carlos would not have said that. Furthermore, when I first signed my lease, I purchased excess wear and tear protection that should cover the majority of the minor damages on the car, which I explained to Carlos and he shrugged it off. We multiple times asked to speak to a manager, as we were obviously not communicating well with Carlos, and at one point he told us "my manager is right over there at the desk, you go speak to him yourself" which was incredibly poor customer service and only frustrated us further. Finally we decided we would leave and turn the car in at a different dealership, as we were beyond angry and were sick of being treated SO poorly. As we were leaving, a manager, Jonathan, came over to speak to us. He was less condescending, but not at all apologetic and kept saying they were "not trying to wind us up". Suffice to say, we walked out. I now plan to simply turn in the car at a different Kia dealership. I also called Kia Financial Services just now, and they confirmed that 1. I will not be liable for the car once I had over the keys at a dealership and let Kia Financial Services know I have done so, and that 2. my excess wear and tear protection should cover most if not all of the damages on the car. I should also say I was incredibly relieved to speak to an intelligent and kind woman when I called Kia Financial, rather than another man who spoke down to me. I was incredibly disappointed to have had such a horrible experience, and was also relieved to have decided not to purchase another Kia, and not give Beaverton Kia another cent of my money. More
