Terrible service. Made an appointment to see a car 2 hours prior as we had to drive an hour. The specific car was already sold!! No one would come out to talk to us. This is beyond frustrating as I have successfully conducted remote real estate transactions from across the country! I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this dealership and their deceptive "Express Online Purchase" claim, as it's nothing more than a well-executed scam. More

The dealership is crooked and dishonest. They sold a vehicle while my son was already approved for financing and would not take a payment electronically. I've never felt that I've been rushed into anything- I get all the facts, get my questions answered, than I make my decision. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and we were able to go through the entire process at a pace that suited us devoid of frustrating waits or a sense of hurry and pressure. Special commendation goes to the sales agent who demonstrated mastery of the vehicle's features and enthusiasm for it which we found reassuring and contagious. In summary, it was a positive experience in every way. More
