2013 Kia Soul I've been searching online since last summer for a car. I have never test drove a Kia before. When I was searching the Beaverton Kia website I asked t I've been searching online since last summer for a car. I have never test drove a Kia before. When I was searching the Beaverton Kia website I asked to get more information on another car. I ended up passing on the other car, but Krisi Bumbar sent me an e-mail from Joe Garwood to look at two cars; one being the 2013 Kia Soul. My experience was good over all. I surprised Joe by just coming by so he could have someone take a look at my 2003 Jeep Liberty, but he was with another customer. I ended up working with Adel. I can say that Adel was very polite and respectable towards me. He worked with me so I could test drive the Soal and answered my questions. I ended up walking away from the car because I felt like he was trying to convince me when we were going over the price and the breakdown after my trade-in. Before I walked out the door Joe came over and apologized because the rate he gave me via e-mail wasn't what Adel was trying to sell it for. The communication broke down between them. I ended up getting the 2013 Kia Soul the next day (2/1/15) after going home and reviewing my budget. I would encourage the sales team not to try so hard when a customer says no they can't go with that price. Don't try convincing so much. Work with them, but don't push so much. When I came back the next day I was speaking with Marcel the sales manager because Joe was busy. I asked Marcel if I would be able to take the car to my mechanic to look it over and he said even when the car has bumper to bumper warranty left on it. I said yes. When Marcel, Adel and myself were outside at the car I asked if I could have the back bumper touched up and I explained my concern with leaving it the way it was. Marcel said he would have to order the color paint, but he could have them do that. I finally made it back to handle the paperwork with Karen Voss and that is when I found out that Marcel was wrong, that the car didn't have bumper to bumper warranty on it still. It only had limited warranty. I am not sure if Marcel even followed through with ordering the paint color of my car to do the bumper. That I will have to call and ask. Again, I would train the sales staff on what is the correct information. Karen was very nice and helped me with the rest of my questions. She was able to get me down to the rate I could pay each month. Even with the bumps in the road, I like the Kia Soul. Thank you! More

I was able to speak with Krisi in customer service the night before I went in and she was able to relay everything I was looking for to a salesman so that I could get in first thing and get out in time to make my super bowl party. Krisi was very sweet and even allowed us to communicate via text since I was taking care of my 4 month old and trying to talk on the phone (not effective!). SHe was able to help expedite my visit by setting things up as much as she could before I even got in. Once I got there, Patrick was very helpful and not pushy at all. He knew what I was looking for and made it happen right away. He even dug deeper to find me a newer used car that was a previous fleet model that was Certified Pre-Owned. He was able to get my trade in wiped away and also get the price down to where I needed it so that I could walk away with the car I wanted on my terms. I had never bought a car before going to Beaverton Kia and after purchasing my third one there I will be a loyal customer as long as I am in the market for cars. They area great company and everyone makes you feel at home. More

Very rewarding! By far, the most understanding dealership you can have. When you walk in you need to talk to Joe Garwood...but you better have a good case haha. I had an amazing experience, the best salesman and also a great person to be around. I had a complex situation for over 2 months, however I drove out with a vehicle that I wanted to. My biggest compliment to Mr. Garwood would probably be his communication! Karen, Taj, as well as Gary were awesome to work with as well. Not only am I looking to keep my vehicle for a very long time but am willing to go back for oil changes (and hopefully a newer vehicle too). Thanks for everything guys, I am happy! More

Theo, our sales person was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable about the warranties. The finance manager we worked with was nice but that's about all the good that came from our experience. Overall I would definitely not come back to Beaverton Kia to buy our next car. More

I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff and my salesman's unique sense of humor that kept me laughing throughout the day. I did not expect to take a car home or get such a great deal or even spend as much time as I did just talking with my salesman Joe and his better half Krissy who accompanied me on my venture. But I did laugh and I did get a great deal and I did leave with a new car. I can honestly say I had an exceptional experience with Beaverton Kia and their great staff. I highly recommend Beaverton Kia! More
