I have the car I wanted-no compromises! I think the most important part of my experience at Broadway Kia is that I did not have to compromise on the type of car I wanted. OK-I have an autom I think the most important part of my experience at Broadway Kia is that I did not have to compromise on the type of car I wanted. OK-I have an automatic instead of a stick but that is minor. No one tried to convince me that I didn't want what I said I wanted! I'm sure everyone reading these reviews has had that happen. There is a car the dealership wants to sell and they push and push to get you to buy it. Not here! I was listened to and received even more than I was asking for! I also received a great financing package and my finances were challenging. I'm very impressed with this dealership and will go back, except I love my car so much, I don't know that I'll ever get another one! Good work, people! More

Looking for a lease Was out looking for a lease. Wasn't sure what I wanted. I had dealt with the Lanphere family of dealerships in the past. (Honda) I bought two Elem Was out looking for a lease. Wasn't sure what I wanted. I had dealt with the Lanphere family of dealerships in the past. (Honda) I bought two Elements from them and my son bought a Civic. Since they don't make the Element anymore, I thought the Kia Soul was a little comparable. Got to the dealership, was in and out in about 2 hours. Got the car I wanted, the color I wanted and it was painless. Everyone that I dealt with was great. The car prices were reasonable. Will shop with them again in the future. More

We started out looking at other brands and stopped in there just on the way by heading for other dealerships. Allen Williams is fantastic! He is so kind, polite and easy to work with. None of the games and pushy stuff we have seen looking at other dealerships. Allen is helpful without being pushy. Answering questions and pointing out the positive things about the various models. no negative comments about other brands. The first car we bought for my wife was a Sorento. a beautiful new car with all the bells and whistles. Allen was very helpful as we went back and fourth between two models. we decided to wait and look at other brands. Allen gave us his card and told us to let him know if he could help us out if we wanted to come back. no pressure at all. We spent the next day at other dealerships looking at other brands and came back to Kia. Not only did they have a great price and a strong warranty, Allen was so different for other sales men we met. We went back the next day and bought the car. The second car was for may daughter. Again we met Allen and looked at cars. She really wanted a jeep. we left and went to a jeep dealership. Again we came back that same day to buy a Optima for Allen. He was so patient with my daughter and helpful to her answering all of her questions. This was her first car purchase after graduating college and he really walked her thru the process and was very helpful and kind. The third car was for my son and daughter-in-law. Again allen met us and was not pushy or aggressive, only patient and helpful. again we left to look at other cars and came back to Kia. Allen had to leave so we were going to wait but Steve Burke came in and was just as helpful as Allen. They bought a Sportage and could not be happier. Both Steve and Allen were great to work with. no pressure and very patient and helpful. We could not be happier with our experience thru three different trips there. More
