Great experience on renewing lease! Alan and Adam were amazing at helping me quickly and easily update my lease for the vehicle we wanted at the payment we needed. I bought a Stinger and I am driving a Optima I got my Stinger back on 1-29. I had to bring some paper work back in and while I was driving, noticed a paint defect on the inside lip of the hood. I brought this to the attention of the sales rep, Eric Griffith and arrangements were made to bring my car in to get it fixed as the entire hood would need to be repainted. I brought the car back in on 2-12. and as of 2-23, they still have my car. I have called numerous times because no one will call me back. I have been dealing with a service guy named Ed Ring. I even called Kia, but they were no help. I was told that someone would call me back, but that never happened. The sales rep who helped me was quite nice and did a great job, but if the service department is any indication of what service I will be getting, then no thanks! I was looking at a Lexus, but really liked this car. My wife told me not to buy a Kia. I think she was right. More

Bad start to a Great end Went into Beaverton KIA to test drive a Sorento and immediately a salesman was there to greet us. My defenses went up and I’m sure I came across as an xxx. The salesman took it in stride and asked how he could help and I said I wanted to talk to someone else. He took us into the showroom and introduced us to another salesman who said he was with someone, but Allen would be able to help us. You guessed it, Allen was the salesman who greeted us. Allen was nothing but polite and courteous and brought my defenses down. We ended up getting to know Allen, about his family and his military career. We shared stories about our kids and grandkids and had a very easy conversation. To try and shorten this story we ended up purchasing the car and Allen made it a joy. We highly recommend Allen and Beaverton KIA. Allen has been with the dealership for fourteen years and that is a testament to the man. More
