Extremely Disappointed with Staff I needed to find a car within 24 hours because of my husband is working and needed our car, but my special needs child is in therapy 6 days a week and I needed to find a car within 24 hours because of my husband is working and needed our car, but my special needs child is in therapy 6 days a week and I am responsible for that. I went from dealership to dealership today because I needed a car within 24 hours. I test drove two cars, and wanted an estimate of both cars. Suddenly, a man in his early 30s with glasses, a little facial hair, and trendy haircut came out to me and my husband and told me that he did not want to waste the "ten minutes of business time it takes" him to get me estimates. I was very shocked, and so was my husband. He said he wouldn't "waste time on us for a hypothetical". I loved the two cars I drove and was ready to purchase, but am now looking for Kia dealerships in other areas. I honestly want to call and complain, but worry he'll pick up or ignore the call after such rudeness. More
Worst experience, misleading, up sales, forced extra cost, false advertising, not willing to take care of the customer. They just want money off of you. They followed me outside after I said I don’t wan cost, false advertising, not willing to take care of the customer. They just want money off of you. After I finally got them to stop harassing me outside of the dealership on public sidewalk and was able leave they continued to contact me on my phone. Don’t go here unless you want To get ripped off and Harassed and waste your time. More

Manipulated into buying a car I wasn't ready to buy. In retrospect it felt like a manipulation & con job. I wasn't ready to buy a car the day I walked in. When the sales person asked for my license, I to In retrospect it felt like a manipulation & con job. I wasn't ready to buy a car the day I walked in. When the sales person asked for my license, I told him as much. I said I wouldn't want to take a test drive. Instead of being respected, I got manipulated & conned. There were several points in which I tried to stop the process. I made it clear that I didn't have the money to pay for the car. Instead I was encouraged to move money between accounts. (He even pushed his computer screen towards me to use to make the money transfer) Several times I tried to stop the process & get up to leave but felt manipulated & ganged up on. Ultimately I only have myself to blame. The entire process was traumatic and was NOT ON MY TERMS AT ALL. As a result, I'm now stuck with a financial situation that will risk placing my house on a contractor lien. The money used to buy the car was supposed to go to a contractor 3 days later for some repair on our house. My intent when walking into this dealership was to LOOK and nothing more. I was clear within myself that I was not financially ready to buy the car until February 17th when a bank CD I had was coming due. Instead I was pulled and manipulated into a very unpleasant situation that caused undo financial complications for me. Even if ultimately the car turns out to be a good purchase, it was the PROCESS that stank. It was a huge learning process for me and I will NEVER EVER walk into your car dealership ever again. Nor recommend that as a way to purchase a car. Instead I'll use and recommend Shift. They ask you upfront when you will be ready to actually transact financially and respect what you say. It's the different between being in the drivers seat and being driven somewhere against your will. More
