I keep expecting to have bad experiences, but now couldn't go anywhere else. Izzy (Israel) my sales rep is brilliant. He is friendly (not fake), extremely helpful, gets to the point and has always made me feel comfortable without that pressure known to exude from the pores of car salespeople. Crazy weird to me NOT to feel like underneath it he was only watching his sales line. I have boughten 3 cars from him over the past 7 years. I get itching to buy a new experience every few years, last one was the FX35 ( needed the space to coach my kid's soccer) this past week I got to pick one for me - traded it in and got the Q50 - sweet ride; handles like its on rails, passes in a blink with 328 horse power (faster than my previous Mustang GT my kids fought ovver so they didn't have to sit sideways in the back). I know salesmen need to sell cars, thats their job, but I have looked and walked away often at many dealerships always feeling like I was resented for it, but I have NEVER felt that way at BI. That means a lot when you get the itch to get a new car about every 2-3 years. Freaky to me that I have done 3 straight Infiniti cars, but have you driven one? They are a blast to drive. I have always had amazing service there too, in fact the service department is a major reason I keep coming back, and oh, yeah, the cars are a ton of fun to drive. I am happy to recommend BI to anyone, and I have NEVER felt that way about a dealership! Thanks Izzy! Dr. T More

The Bad: Israel Garza ultimately lied to us about getting the 156-point inspection report their website brags about, he gave us the run around about getting more than one key, telling my husband "keys are expensive". The GM NEVER returned my emails. We had to pay Audi about $500 for a new battery less than a week after buying from Beaverton Infiniti. BI did not care about us after the sale. They are not up to par with luxury dealerships we've worked with in the past (BMW, Lexus, Audi), not even close. More

Very professional dealership I have brought several infiniti and dealt with many car salesmen & general managers but had to move to Oregon to find a truthful & caring consultant & I have brought several infiniti and dealt with many car salesmen & general managers but had to move to Oregon to find a truthful & caring consultant & staff @ Beaverton Infiniti. John is not a car saleman but is a sales consultant and is the most knowledgeable consultant I've every had when buying a vehicle, even the finance manager was excellent. I have told everyone about u experience. They are truly one of a kind.???? More

Poor Customer Service After paying cash for my QX80, and in less than 7K miles on it I start having problems. The major problem was that the sonar on the backup camera s After paying cash for my QX80, and in less than 7K miles on it I start having problems. The major problem was that the sonar on the backup camera stopped working. I found out the hard way, after putting some scratches on the bumper!! (Thank goodness it wasn't a child that I backed into!) They agree to fix the sonar, BUT only after I get the bumper fixed. They never offered a quote on fixing the bumper, they had no idea if I was even going to fix it and yet they were shoving me out the door knowing good and well that the sonar wasn't working!!! This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen!! Wish I would have stuck with Lexus, in 10 years I had nothing but a positive experience with Lexus! More
