Best dealership experience we have ever had! We drove from 3 hours away to look at a used car that was listed on the internet. John met us right away, with a handshake and a smile. While on a test drive, I remarked that the car didn't have a small feature that I had appreciated with our last car, and John said "Would a bottle of nice Pinot make you feel better about that?" I politely declined, as we don't drink wine, but what a thoughtful gesture! John was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, soft-spoken, helpful, and kind. He was everything you would want in a salesman. Bill worked with us as a manager, and helped us get to a price point we were both comfortable with.
