I located the vehicle through craigslist and was able to have additional photos texted over before driving an hour to this location. When we arrive, we were not disappointed; the car was immaculately detailed with a folder with a complete car fax and vehicle info waiting inside. We ended up purchasing that morning and the process went as smoothly as possible with a cranky 4 yo in tow. The dealership itself is plush, with a welcoming waiting room with coffee, tea, water and cookies. The restrooms were immaculately clean with additional amenities. Wonderful car buying experience! An Amazing car purchase Experience My wife & I went to the Beaverton Infinity dealership to look at a used 2010 Explorer where it had just been listed. We had been to other used car lot My wife & I went to the Beaverton Infinity dealership to look at a used 2010 Explorer where it had just been listed. We had been to other used car lots and dealerships to see other 2010 Explorers in Vancouver and had one lined up to buy. We had some hesitations about buying in Oregon because of past bad experiences but decided to go look anyway. However, Beaverton Infinity changed all that bad to good, our sales person John Ratto was great, he made us feel welcomed. We had a good test drive and John answered all our questions. The dealership set it up for us to take it out on a loan for a few hours to continue our testing. We came back and made the purchase. John and Junior Martinez, the finance guy made the purchase experience a good one too. Since the Explorer had been traded in recently, it still needed to go to their shop to be cleaned up and checked out. That is when for us it really got interesting; we were provided an excellent 2016 QX model Infinity SUV to take home until the Explorer was ready. We have never received this type of attention and support before. We are happy with our purchase and are honored to recommend this Dealership and the sales support of John Ratto to any buyer. More

I keep coming back because he takes such good care of me and is a consummate professional. He showed me three different cars and clearly explained the differences between the models. There was never any sales pressure, just two guys talking about cars, which was great and even.....fun. John went the extra mile to secure the right deal for me (ie. one that would get past the scrutiny of my wife...laughs) and I drove out of there in a shiny red Q50 Sport Red 400 sedan. I couldn't be any happier with John, the dealership, or the car. I'll be seeing them again in three years, I'm sure. More
