He took time to understand my needs and concerns, addressed them all, came up with creative solutions to reach a deal I’m happy about. He was quick, didn’t waste my time, avoided the back room manager conversations in front of me. Hours before I decided to purchase the Infiniti, I was planning to purchase a different vehicle. I ended up buying a car from the sales person I liked the most. Compliments to Amin and thanks to Hannah who made quick work of the checkout process. More

He also was kind enough to deliver the vehicle to my home and followed up more than once to see if I had any concerns or questions. THEY SELL FAULTY CARS!! DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!! They sold me a car stating the car had been in no accidents and DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!! They sold me a car stating the car had been in no accidents and goes through a “156 point inspection” thru their dealership. We took it to a mechanic and paid $100 for an inspection the next day just to make sure since the car was not brand new, it had 44k miles and the mechanic told us to immediately return the car because 13 codes had popped up and that the car had been in an accident, the shock sensors were all off, airbag was deployed and the car was UNSAFE!! We showed up the NEXT DAY to return the car and the sales manager GREG ALFONSO charged us a $250 “restocking fee” even though they lied about the car being in an accident. He had no morals and went straight to trying to collect a measley $250. This was not buyers remorse- THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS FAULTY CARS!! We threw $300 down on the table and left. It is unbelievable how he treated us and that he would charge us for misleading us. They were basically banking on us not getting the car inspected and think it’s morally right to lie and sell UNSAFE vehicles. We did not expect this sleazy service from a big dealership like BOB LANPHERES!! I am so disappointed and wasted 3 full days with them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS SLEAZY DEALERSHIP!! DON’T BELIEVE THEIR CARFAX REPORTS OR THEIR “156 POINT INSPECTION” ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY EVEN IF IT LEAVES YOU IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE. More

Asha was very friendly and patient, and didn't apply any stereotypical car selling tactics that we all dislike. Once I decided to make an offer, the car buying experience continued to be pleasurable. New Purchase and Service I drove from the Oregon Coast to look at a vehicle listed online. I figured I would kill 2 birds with one stone and drove my wife's G37XS so it could I drove from the Oregon Coast to look at a vehicle listed online. I figured I would kill 2 birds with one stone and drove my wife's G37XS so it could be serviced. Upon arrival I drove to service and noticed they were swamped. Luis made an attempt to fit me in but I understood when he informed me that an appointment might be best. I proceeded to meet with Greg and Cesar in sales and everyone was very courteous, professional and friendly. We went for a test drive and upon our return I made an offer, it was accepted and proceeded to sign contracts. While waiting for finance, Luis from service came over to find me. He told me that they could at least look at the diagnostics about the Check Engine Light at least. I was happy it was getting looked at since my wife had been complaining about it having hiccups. I sure as heck would have a hard time explaining why I came home with a new car and her car wasn't fixed. Thanks Luis you save my **s. Raul is an asset for BI as a new employee. We breezed through the paper work in no time. During the course of signing, Luis came back over to inform me of their findings. Service found there was an issue with a sensor that was causing engine to occasionally flood or starve the engine of fuel. He said that they would be able to take care of it by the time the current deal was done. I left there a very happy man, driving off with my new company car and a serviced vehicle. Both were detailed and looking new. Thank you Beaverton Infiniti. By the way, I bought my wife's G37XS there and this was my second time buying there! More
