He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, as well as the competing vehicles. He was not pushy and very respectful to the other car brands I had in mind. He was pleasant and professional, and made the process very easy. He asked what was important to me in a car and he listened. I was offered to take the car for half the day to ensure I would be happy with it, but also to see how it fit in the garage at home. I love my new car and coupled with Amin at Infinity and the service provided, I couldn’t be happier! More

He actually made the car buying experience enjoyable for once. He went above and beyond during every step of the way, and really showed that he cares about his customers. Both my wife and I leased new cars from him, and he took the time with both of us to make sure we got just the car we wanted, had all of our questions answered, and got a good deal too. He is friendly and professional, and he was very patient with all of our questions- he really knows the cars inside and out. Not only was he great during the sale, but the thing that has really set him apart is that he continues to provide us with dedicated customer service even 4 months after our purchase. My wife has had several questions and an issue with her trade in, and Amin has been very helpful and attentive with it all. We’are able to just text him with questions, and he responds promptly and continues to be helpful with whatever we need. Most car salesmen would have just forgotten about us once the ink was dry on the deal, but not Amin. He has made us feel like we have our own dedicated Infiniti consultant, and he has earned our trust, future business, and positive word of mouth.
