Just okay We purchased a used Mercedes at a good price. We had it inspected before purchasing and it did need a good amount of work done. They offered to lower the price instead of do the work which is fine since we would rather have it worked on by a trusted mechanic. The customer service is not great. We left after the purchase and the car had almost an empty tank of gas. They texted us nonstop asking us to come and purchase the car earlier when we had already put a deposit down and scheduled a date/time with them. It’s a used car lot so make sure you do your homework before purchasing and don’t be surprised if they annoy you during the entire process. More

When we got to the lot we were greeted by Jeremy who went and got the vehicle and brought it to us. We drove the vehicle and he gave us space and time to discuss our opinions. He came back and checked for questions. He agreed to make a few small repairs on the vehicle and we went inside to sign papers. Jeremy was great with all 3 of us.
