Buyers Beware - The prices listed online for Beaver Toyota are not final prices. After seeing a used vehicle online, I went in for a test drive and had a mostly pleasant experience. However, when it came time to review prices, I was shocked to see an additional $1300 charge for “Beaver Benefits” on top of the price listed online. This included no dealer fees or taxes. When I questioned this, I was told it was not negotiable and was part of the price even though this was not reflected online. When I spoke to a senior sales rep about the online listing price, his words were “those are the prices we put online to stay comparable with other online dealer listings.” This is deceiving and dishonest. From my experience, Beaver Toyota is more about show than providing quality, knowledgeable customer service in the car buying business. If you want a fancy showroom, massage chairs, or a salon, go to Beaver. If you want to buy a car while being treated fairly, go elsewhere. More

The dealership is good, but the maintenance guys did a bad job this time because after the tire’s rotation they did not put back the tires cap’s properly. They don’t tell you that the tires on the new cars are only rated for 12,000 miles when the same exact tires on their website say 50,000 miles. I had a great buying experience at Beaver Toyota. Kindi was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of showing me the vehicles. He answered my questions but let me decide what and when to buy. Eh, it’s a big dealership and lots of inventory. Nothing too impressive about it but don’t let them sell you a service plan like it saves you money.
