Very helpful dealership. Both Kevin Kerth & Leon was helpful in finding the 4Runner I was wanting and it the price point I was needing. DANGER: BIG UPSALES Took my Tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting the service writer told me they could not find my wheel lock. It was in the dash whe Took my Tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting the service writer told me they could not find my wheel lock. It was in the dash where I told the service advisor it was, I found it as I was leaving, Needless to say my tires were not rotated. Before they brought my truck around I was also told my oil pan was leaking. I answered I have no oil on my carport. The adviser says ...ok. I had my truck there a few months back to get a key fob. They told me they couldn't pull any codes that in order to provide me with a key fob they must be able to pull codes. There was something wrong with my electrical system and it had to be repaired in order to get my key fob. It was going to cost a large amount. My husband works for auto body and paint. They had no problems pulling anything up on my truck. I worked 14 years in the service dept at a Cadillac dealership. I understand up sales...but this has been ridiculous. I will not be going back to Beaver Toyota. More
