Great service and love the facilities. Just went in for my 1 year service but had a couple of questions. The guy who checked my car in addresses my Bluetooth pairing question and got that operational in le my 1 year service but had a couple of questions. The guy who checked my car in addresses my Bluetooth pairing question and got that operational in less than 2 min. Also, my service advisor went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a sound I was hearing related to my crossbars. She saved me time by looking at it, she explained thoroughly to me, and the noise has stopped...so, I think she fixed it! It’s nearly an hour drive one way for me to go here but I bought the car here for a great deal and have continued to go back. It’s a long drive but so far has been worth it. A top off of the gas tank wound be great (I think they did that when I took it in initially....I did have a few service hiccups when I originally purchased it). Thank you! More

Skip this place! I was looking to purchase a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I called all the local dealers to get an idea of options and price. The particular vehicle I wanted h I was looking to purchase a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I called all the local dealers to get an idea of options and price. The particular vehicle I wanted had to have all the options available with the truck. One of the dealers I went to had the vehicle I was looking for minus a couple of features. We subsequently negotiated price which I felt was fair and reasonable. I thought it wise to get one more price from another dealer, that being Beaver Toyota. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! After communicating at length with sales rep Marlo and inventory manager Chad they reassured me that they could come close to the price I had received from Nalley Toyota. Based on their representation I left there believing the sale would come to fruition. A couple of days later I received a call from Marlo. He gave me a price that was $4,000 higher than that of Nalley Toyota. I was shocked that there was that much of a discrepancy between the two dealers. I asked him to go back to his manager to see if he could reduce the price. I subsequently received a call from his manager telling me that there was nothing he could do; that was the invoice price. That was funny! I decided to buy the truck from Nalley and save myself $4,000! More
