Beaver Toyota of Cumming

I was truly disappointed in the service I received Saturday 12/28/19. I love the Toyota brand and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years now. I was excited to hear Beaver Toyota was coming to th Saturday 12/28/19. I love the Toyota brand and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years now. I was excited to hear Beaver Toyota was coming to the Cumming area because I was going to Nalley Toyota of Roswell but, after Saturday I will continue to go to Nalley Toyota of Roswell even though it further & out of the way because their service is far more superior than that of Beaver and their car prices are a great deal more competitive. I needed a key for my 2009 Yaris. I lost my only key and needed 2 made, one as the main & another for back-up. I was quoted $91.00 by Brook and Jason in service, a total of $182.00 for both keys, $41.00 for the key & $50.00 to program, very reasonable. After the car was towed to Beaver, and the keys were made, we received an invoice for $245. I was furious because I had to pay more than I was quoted & I was given inaccurate information from beginning to end. It would have been nice if they honored the original quote. Lastly, we were kept waiting, well after the keys were made and we had to go to the service guy Brooks and request to pay when we were hit with an invoice that was $64.00 over what we were quoted. We didn't even get the key with the bells & whistles and the car is a 2009 at that. Needless to say, we will not be returning nor doing business or recommending Beaver at all. More

I have only had pleasant experiences with Beaver Toyota since I purchased my new Tacoma last year. Sat in the service center is always so welcoming and kind.
