No hassle, no haggling. Was given the price over the phone and dilled out all docs from home. Picked up the car 2 hours later. It was perfect and everything promised over the phone was the same as promised. Ronald Cancinos (sales)/Todd Parks (financing) were both lovely to work with. Free oil changes for life at this dealer too :) Highly recommend! More

It’s a dealership, they’re only interested in getting your money, selling extended warranty you don’t need, ignoring your bottom line and getting credit dollars for financing. I’m single female, about to your money, selling extended warranty you don’t need, ignoring your bottom line and getting credit dollars for financing. I’m single female, about to turn 70, fixed social security income. I gave them my bottom line, They finagled me to go up $2000. Then went into enticing monthly payments. Then you go into “finance”. Fast talking, wants to sell extended warranty which I declined. Then a “computer glitch, new program”. Employed computer tech gets called in, they talk, stand in front of the computer, wait, talk. Then “computer tech” comments on not purchasing an extended warranty. Says he couldn’t go without that for his kids, has 4, now driving. Then he says he can take the monthly payment down for it on my now loan$8, then $10, he “just couldn’t go without the warranty for his kids sake”. The final paperwork came to over $6000 more, a 70 month loan, almost 2% higher than my CU gave me. I got suckered, they play psychology games with your head. It was the typical swindle on an older female. I could have bought a brand new car for what I paid for a 5 year old rav4. More
