This is an amazing place, but the last time I was in my service coordinator left for the day. After 2 hours, I had someone check and my car was done and they would call me when my car came up. An hour later I asked again and I found my keys and paperwork on the desk of the SE that had gone home. Another SE checked me out and I headed home. At least an hour wasted if not more. Sad. More

Nice place, but felt like I got screwed. Traded my car in, and had to really work to get it up to 10,000 for a trade allowance. Next day it was listed on the site at 18,000. And now it’s gone.
