Umer Mughal is a fabulous person to buy a car from. My husband and I hadn’t bought a car in 7 years, so we weren’t experts on the process. He saw that I had a list of cars from other dealers that we were planning on looking at - Umer offered to check out the Carfax on each of them and one by one, we eliminated them because they couldn’t beat the one at Beaver - this saved us so much time and driving all over Atlanta! Although we had no intention of buying a car that day, we drove home in my new 2018 Toyota Highlander leaving behind my Lexus as a trade in. We never once felt pressured and the Beaver 10 point promise made the decision a no brainer! Special thanks to Beaver Toyota for being open on Sunday when most dealerships are not. This is an amazing place, but the last time I was in my service coordinator left for the day. After 2 hours, I had someone check and my car was done and they would call me when my car came up. An hour la service coordinator left for the day. After 2 hours, I had someone check and my car was done and they would call me when my car came up. An hour later I asked again and I found my keys and paperwork on the desk of the SE that had gone home. Another SE checked me out and I headed home. At least an hour wasted if not more. Sad. More
