Misty wrote me up and she was fine. The time I waited for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation 2hrs is excessive, I waited almost a hour for the technician to come get me for a test ride and at that poin a scheduled oil change and tire rotation 2hrs is excessive, I waited almost a hour for the technician to come get me for a test ride and at that point the none of the work had been performed. When they were done at the 2 hour mark the truck had not been washed. He was nice and all and said he would do that so I waited again. I thought anytime you got service it was standard operating procedure to wasH the vehicle that was brought in. I was actually told that when I bought the vehicle also reapplication of rain ex at any service. I guess I have to ask each time. More
