We had the best experience buying our car from Beaver Toyota. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. The dealership itself is the nicest we have ever been inside of. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get the best deal possible. Extremely friendly, excellent customer service, and overall a great experience. One of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. Yesterday their internal salesperson Olivia told me the only additional fees, besides TAVT was the Doc fee of $995. Today the in-person salesperson told me in addition to the Doc fee there is an Electronic Filing Fee of $246.80 and a Registration Fee of $38.00 as well as Beaver Benefits Used (extended warranty) fee of $1,268.00. Olivia also texted me the following: "We provide exceptional customer service and stand by our vehicles and proceses during and after the sales. That Rogue you are looking at comes with a 7year/100k miles powertrain warranty plus a 12 month / 12,000 miles comprehensive warranty. No other dealership will give you that at no cost to you." she also sent this snarky text: "After all, I'm answering your questions during Thanksgiving is someone else at another dealership doing the same?" The quote I received this morning from the dealership included tax charged on The Doc fee also, adding an additional $200 to the price of the vehicle. It's a clean, showy dealership, but beware they will hit you with ridiculous fees! I went there this morning at 6:00 am to test drive the vehicle and another salesperson was working a deal on the car. As soon as I got home Kindi called me and said the car is available. I'm sure when the other customers found out the additional fees they were adding to the price, they walked away, just as I did. More

My wife totaled her car in an accident and we had to get her a replacement. Kindi was our sales guy and we did the online process. I applied for credit through the dealership after securing a loan with my bank first- they beat my banks interest rate by a full point. I sent my license and my insurance through text to Kindi. When I showed up Saturday- the car was pristine and ready to go for a test drive. Kindi handed my father in law and I the keys and we test drove the car ourselves. Never had a dealership do that before- I’ve bought about 20+ cars in my lifetime. We have the piece of mind in a one year warranty for any defects. That is unheard of for me for a dealership that sells a used car. Really shows Beaver’s commitment to the product they are selling. The overall process took about an hour and a half from the time I showed up until the time I drove off. Superior service and professionalism. Just bought a used Ram from another local dealer a few months back and after the experience I’ve had with that dealership- I wish I would have bought from Beaver. Thank you for your time and communication Kindi. My wife is thrilled- and I can sleep at night knowing that if something is wrong with the car you guys are going to stand by it and help us out. I’ll be back for my next truck purchase. I always change my reviews if the service degrades after purchase- but as far as the sales experience goes- it’s 6 stars out of 5. Superior. No one around here comes close. More

I drove 10+ hours to pick the car up and they were mostly prepared for my arrival. Easy trade in with my previous vehicle as well. Only minor complaint is the hasty detail job. There's excess wax all over the car, including on some black plastics which is a pain to remove. Overall a great experience though, and their Beaver Benefits program appears to be a very well rounded, comprehensive package for both new and used vehicles. More
