Was told an hour wait time turned into 2 1/2 hours. Im super late work work when I was told I will get to my job on time. We were very pleased with the test drive and the BT associate who answered our questions. As we got into discussing the sales price and bottom line cost for the car, we had a number of issues that res associate who answered our questions. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a final cost with the help of the BT manager. We did find that there was a crack in the front window which BT replaced. The.car was delivered to our home a week after the purchase and we are very pleased with the car, the service and time the BT folks spent with us to make the purchase happen. More

The color vehicle I wanted wasn’t available so I settled for a different color but had to wait 2.5 weeks car I wanted in this very difficult market.
