Had a pretty decent buying experience. It has been the after buying experience that I have had issues with. So I contacted my salesman and told him I would be in on Saturday morning. Received a message on Saturday morning as I was about to leave for dealership saying something came up and he would not be able to be there until Tuesday. It is now Friday and haven’t heard a word from anyone. To me I got blowed off. Don’t know why I expected a little more from him but I did. So now looks like I will have to return there and have to be a not so nice guy to get my problems dealt with. Shouldn’t have to be this way. But other than this I had a good experience and loved the amenities the dealership offers while there. More

He replaced Daniella and was very helpful from giving me updates about the status of my Truck till I drove it out of Beaver. Beaver is grateful to have such amazing individuals who do serve their customers with compassion and care. By the time I went to Beaver to pick up my truck, everyone I met was wonderful.
