Had my bumper repaired in the collision center. When I picked up my vehicle, the radio would not pick up any station (only static). I returned to the collision center a few days later, and they c When I picked up my vehicle, the radio would not pick up any station (only static). I returned to the collision center a few days later, and they could not identify the issue. They check the antenna connection and found no problem. They gave me zero explanation. I was then told they would have to charge me to go any further. When i brought my vehicle in, the radio worked. When I picked it up two weeks later, the radio would not pick up any station. And now I’m stuck having to pay someone else to diagnose and correct the issue that occurred while the vehicle was in Beaver’s possession. I will be buying another Toyota soon, but definitely not from Beaver. More

Very friendly and accommodating service team, but my car did get lost in the shuffle a bit and I had to seek out an update after 2 hrs despite being told it would be an hour and 30 in all likelihood. Had a pretty decent buying experience. It has been the after buying experience that I have had issues with. After purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle I need to come back in the following week to address a couple of concerns. Nothing major. So I contacted my salesman and told him I would be in on Saturday morning. Received a message on Saturday morning as I was about to leave for dealership saying something came up and he would not be able to be there until Tuesday. It is now Friday and haven’t heard a word from anyone. To me I got blowed off. Don’t know why I expected a little more from him but I did. So now looks like I will have to return there and have to be a not so nice guy to get my problems dealt with. Shouldn’t have to be this way. But other than this I had a good experience and loved the amenities the dealership offers while there. More
