I was forced to have a recall done on my cruse control by one of these dealers. For almost 18 months my cruise contro did not worked like it did before the recall. Explained to Grace what was going on with it, she had one of your technicians meet with me and explain my problem. After he reset the cruise control to factor spec I took to long trips and now my cruise control works like it did when I took delivery of the auto. I knew that I wanted another Prius, but I really wanted something smaller. The Prius C was a perfect fit. And Beaver Toyota had the exact model that I wanted, but I live in Fort Mill, SC. Kevin made this long-distance purchase simply painless. He was not only super knowledgeable, but flexible - willing to share information via text and even sending me a quick video on the lot in front of my car. I pulled up right to the front and couldn't help but notice a huge TV encased in brick with a sitting area, right off the bat I could tell this wasn't your run of the mill dealership. As soon as I walked in the showroom I was warmly greeted and immediately introduced to Zack. We test drove the vehicle which was absolutely gorgeous while Zack walked me thru all of the bells and whistles. Zack was extremely friendly and transparent with me. Management dropped the ball. Beaver Toyota has an amazing facility, and upon arrival I was very impressed. I had beyond a pleasant experience with my sales person Sydney. She was so helpful and patient and answered every question I had. Honestly I could've bought this truck anywhere, but I got it from Beaver because of her good service. The next day I went to my bank and got a loan to purchase my Tacoma from Beaver and thats when things started to change. At my bank I called the dealership (which is 45 minutes from me as I live in Atlanta) to verify who we should make the check out too. I was placed on hold 7 different times and each time I was hung up on as no one answered on the other end. Finally, the 8th time I said "I have a check in my hand for X amount of dollars that I'd like to give you guys... can someone just tell me who to write it to?!" and I finally got someone on the phone to help me. After work that day we drove up to pick up the truck and give them the check. What killed the experience was waiting for almost 2 hours (after being there for an hour) just to hand them the check and sign paperwork. After waiting for so long and realizing we had been forgotten we finally got up and said something. The finance managers were just so full of crap about it too. My mother and I heard them working finance deals with other prospective clients while keeping us waiting with a check in hand on a weeknight until almost 8:45PM. Then they just made excuses and basically threw our salesperson under the bus like it was her fault. You guys "wowed us" extremely well until that experience. Whoever was in charge that night dropped the ball so hard on two extremely patient customers. I literally never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one as I had such good feelings about this dealership until that night. Please don't treat your customers this way. I'll leave 3 stars solely because of how helpful Sydney was and the other people we encountered that didn't forget about us. More
