Incredible, efficient, super friendly service! Wow, these people are amazing. From the friendly getting on arrival, very accurate time estimate, beautiful customer lounge with complimentary sandwiches, donuts, coffee, and they were grilling complimentary hot dogs with chips and sodas out front. They have a little putting green out front, wifi, comfy chairs, dog treats and water for my pup. Got me out to the minute of my estimate. And every single employee I encountered was amazingly friendly. They even hand washed my car with Kayak on the roof! I can't gush enough about the place. My next Toyota will be purchased there and all my service for my 2014 rav4 will be done there. LOVE this place!!!! More

2006 Avalon dash defective It is unfortunate that Toyota Motor will not take ownership of an apparent factory defect on the 2006 Avalon dash. If you go to google and enter 2006 It is unfortunate that Toyota Motor will not take ownership of an apparent factory defect on the 2006 Avalon dash. If you go to google and enter 2006 Avalon dash defects, you will find many owners who have a dash that is cracking and Toyota will not take any responsibility. They will not even cover it if you purchased the extended warranty. As a result, Beaver locally will not get any future business from us. This defect is also happening to the 2007 and 2008 Avalon Dashes. It also is happening with the dashes in the Sienna's. What is wrong with this picture??? More
We went for service of 2009 Preius but ended up buying 2014 Preius. Our experience was very courteous and friendly. Joe Ammirati is the best service person I have ever worked with. Despite the fact that my mother and I do not have Toyotas, Joe has always been willing to service our cars and he always assigns them t worked with. Despite the fact that my mother and I do not have Toyotas, Joe has always been willing to service our cars and he always assigns them to Gabe who does an incredible job diagnosing and fixing everything. Joe's customer service is unparalleled. He goes far above and beyond for his customers to ensure that they are properly taken care of. In my latest car problem, Joe told me that he did not have the diagnostic equipment to be certain what the problem was regarding the check engine light and advised me to take it to Subaru instead. As it turns out, his diagnosis was spot on, but because he wasn't 100% sure, he didn't want to do the work and then have the problem recur a week later. He does what is best for the customer. This is how he has earned my family's loyalty. Thank you, Beaver Toyota, for having such great employees as Gabe and Joe Ammirati. You will always have my business for all my car's service and maintenance needs. More

Mr. REGGIE WINKLES, specifically, has been of a tremendous assistance in the problems that I've encountered with my vehicle. I am acutely pleased with his customer service and his descriptive knowledge in helping me to understand the complications we've encountered on the repairs of my box car. I would strongly recommend his customer service to anyone that enters the Toyota Beaver Service Department. Mr. GARY GONZALES has been the mechanical tech on my vehicle for the past two weeks, and although we are still running into unsolved problems, he is obviously a very skilled and experienced mechanic. He has been of a great assistance ... going out of his way to thoroughly explain to me how the repairs are advancing, and sharing his knowledgeable suggestions on how to further proceed. Mr. RODNEY GONZALES, has been nothing but kind and caring. Almost every time I arrive to check on my vehicle, he makes sure that I am content in the progress of the work being carried out. It is in my opinion that he is an absolutely exquisite Service Manager! Ms. HAYLIE AGOSTO, was also a pleasure to work with. I had the honor to be her customer in the rental car department. She was abrupt and efficient in getting me a rental car. My overall experience is wonderful here at Toyota Beaver. So long as I am a Florida resident, my car and I will be coming here for service!
