Joe Ammirati is the best service person I have ever worked with. Despite the fact that my mother and I do not have Toyotas, Joe has always been willing to service our cars and he always assigns them t worked with. Despite the fact that my mother and I do not have Toyotas, Joe has always been willing to service our cars and he always assigns them to Gabe who does an incredible job diagnosing and fixing everything. Joe's customer service is unparalleled. He goes far above and beyond for his customers to ensure that they are properly taken care of. In my latest car problem, Joe told me that he did not have the diagnostic equipment to be certain what the problem was regarding the check engine light and advised me to take it to Subaru instead. As it turns out, his diagnosis was spot on, but because he wasn't 100% sure, he didn't want to do the work and then have the problem recur a week later. He does what is best for the customer. This is how he has earned my family's loyalty. Thank you, Beaver Toyota, for having such great employees as Gabe and Joe Ammirati. You will always have my business for all my car's service and maintenance needs. More

Mr. REGGIE WINKLES, specifically, has been of a tremendous assistance in the problems that I've encountered with my vehicle. I am acutely pleased with his customer service and his descriptive knowledge in helping me to understand the complications we've encountered on the repairs of my box car. I would strongly recommend his customer service to anyone that enters the Toyota Beaver Service Department. Mr. GARY GONZALES has been the mechanical tech on my vehicle for the past two weeks, and although we are still running into unsolved problems, he is obviously a very skilled and experienced mechanic. He has been of a great assistance ... going out of his way to thoroughly explain to me how the repairs are advancing, and sharing his knowledgeable suggestions on how to further proceed. Mr. RODNEY GONZALES, has been nothing but kind and caring. Almost every time I arrive to check on my vehicle, he makes sure that I am content in the progress of the work being carried out. It is in my opinion that he is an absolutely exquisite Service Manager! Ms. HAYLIE AGOSTO, was also a pleasure to work with. I had the honor to be her customer in the rental car department. This was no a typical oil change and tire rotation - but an expensive (for me) Timing Belt and Water Pump replacement. Our Service Rep was Joe and he deserves a lot of credit for ensuring all bases were covered - and he did. Frank Harrington 111, We were on vacation and the check engine light & VSC. We called and told us come in at noon and was greeted by Frank, who made us feel like family. He showed us the waiting area and the dealership offers free sandwiches if you happen be around for service + coffee. Everyone is so friendly and will go out of their way to help. After awhile the technician (Brien) came out with the results of the test and gave us some suggestions and the BEST WAY to fix our (2007 Toyota Sienna) . We were on vacation and they went out of their way to get us back on the road, I was in the service end of the business for 30+ years and recognize GREAT SERVICE. Beaver Toyota is a great dealership, if we didn't live 275 miles away I know where we would buy our next Toyota, no doubt in our minds. Our 2012 Rav4 was less than a week old and we had the unfortunate experience of filling up with BAD gas which eventually caused the check engine light/4WD light & TRAC light to come on. The car started to sputter & lurch and could not get above 20MPH before it started stalling. We called Toyotacare and arranged to have the car towed into ST. Augustine Toyota. At the same time we frantically called St. Augustine Toyota to tell them the car was being towed in and we kept our fingers crossed that it would get there by 6PM before service closed. I talked to Bob who seemed to think that if the car was here, then they could look at it and probably have it fixed that morning. He was very kind in that he indicated that he did not think that it was the 4WD system but probably something small like a sensor. That made me sleep better. The next day, my husband called, talked to Joe who gave him the news that we had gotten bad gas!! They then proceeded to drain the fuel tank and clean out the system. We picked the car up by late morning and Dave gave my husband a sample of the bad gas so we could go back to the gas station with it. It was clear that there was something wrong with the gas as it was separating and there was debris in the container. Both Joe and Dave told us to bring the car back if there was any problem. We drove the car for a couple of hours and the lights came back on. Back we went to Service where Dave apologized as he thought he had gotten everything but apparently the car had misfired which set the lights off again. He rechecked the car again, reset the lights, etc. and so far we have been driving the car without a problem. Given the amount of sledge in the sample gas, Dave did a fantastic job cleaning out the system and I am so happy that the car seems to be running fine. THANK YOU THANK YOU ST AUGUSTINE TOYOTA - we thought our brand new RAV4 was ruined but as of today it seems to be running perfectly fine. Not only did you fix our car but my husband found you very helpful and responsive to our needs -- as this is our only car, we needed the problem identified and the car fixed as soon as possible. YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB and we could not have asked for you to have done anything differently. Thank you again. More
I purchased a 2010 toyota camry in nov. 2009 and was not informed of the major recall that was out in sept. 2009. This dealership is NO GOOD, I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again!! If you don't want headaches and lies stay away from this dealership. More
