In all my years as a car owner (including a 1965 Rambler American 440 convertible, a 1975 Ford Granada Ghia, a 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra, a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis, a Ford mini van (the only used car I ever purchased - due to an emergency), and a 2010 Toyota Prius), I feel fortunate to have received generally very good service from various dealerships. STEVEN MILLER of Beaver Toyota in St Augustine HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCES IN MY 51 YEARS AS A CAR OWNER. I find Steven to be caring, informative, helpful, dedicated, efficient and professional. In addition to doing a superb job on my regular service appointments, here is an example of how Steven excels. Last year, Steven came to my rescue, over the phone, while I was out of state. In October 2015, while I was away from Florida in North Carolina and really in need of help, I called Steven on the phone and asked for his help/advice to get my car operating in an emergency. That morning was a very difficult and stressful moment for me and my wife. It was early morning, Steven was very busy with his local Florida customers and yet, he kept alternately helping me on the phone and his local customers in person. He kept our phone line open and kept returning to it as he could until he was sure that my problem was solved. He went above and beyond that day, and really saved the day for my wife and me. My daughter's car was one of the 2007 Camry's that had an oil consumption problem and ended up needing a new engine. Toyota was gracious, friendly, and treated her like royalty while they provided a rental car free of charge while she waited for the new engine to come in. All of it paid for by Toyota. They treated her like family. They are amazing. Dave was incredible, reassuring me that things were going to be ok. Two months later, she has a new engine and new dash board. They stand by their commitment to their customers. This is our 4th Camry. Beaver Toyota will ALWAYS be my dealership. They are amazing! More

I had a wonderful relationship with a dealership in Indio Calif. and hated that I couldn't return to have Angie sell me another Toyota, but my fears dissolved after spending quality time with this exceptional lady. Torie Benoit is a great asset to Beaver Toyota. Torie and George May, a team player with her, along with all the people that made my magic happen to get into a beautiful dream car just made my day! They were all ROCK STARS!!! Especially Torie.
