I called and spoke to LuAnn, who was able to give me an appointment the following day. When I drove in to the service bay I was warmly greeted by Justin. The service was done in less time than I was quoted and for a reasonable cost. Also, my car was washed and sparkly clean! A very positive experience and definitely worth the drive from Jacksonville. First Time in Service Deptartmant It was my first trip to the Service Dept. A. nIce lady encouraged me to pull my car into the area and she took my information and pointed me to Justin It was my first trip to the Service Dept. A. nIce lady encouraged me to pull my car into the area and she took my information and pointed me to Justin Shockley who brought my car information up on the computer and told me the reason the Maintenance Required light came on, on my car. It was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Justin explained the procedure, told me it would be finished in about an hour and a half. He also offered to have my car washed which pleased me very much. I was very pleased with my first experience at Beaver Toyota Service Department. More
