Super friendly, no questions as to what you are getting and what you are sighing for. We have had the pleasure of Jeff B. being our sales guy for all this time. He remembers almost everything from years ago even. Makes you feel like a real friend and not just a customer in to buy a car. My daughter's car was one of the 2007 Camry's that had an oil consumption problem and ended up needing a new engine. Toyota was gracious, friendly, and treated her like royalty while they provided a rental car free of charge while she waited for the new engine to come in. All of it paid for by Toyota. They treated her like family. They are amazing. Dave was incredible, reassuring me that things were going to be ok. Two months later, she has a new engine and new dash board. They stand by their commitment to their customers. This is our 4th Camry. Beaver Toyota will ALWAYS be my dealership. They are amazing! More

Torie was a real joy to work with and gain knowledge about Toyota. I am 70 and have owned Toyota's for over 25 years. I had a wonderful relationship with a dealership in Indio Calif. and hated that I couldn't return to have Angie sell me another Toyota, but my fears dissolved after spending quality time with this exceptional lady. Torie Benoit is a great asset to Beaver Toyota. Torie and George May, a team player with her, along with all the people that made my magic happen to get into a beautiful dream car just made my day! They were all ROCK STARS!!! Especially Torie. Their patience and professionalism and continued relaxed atmosphere during the time I was there, gave me so much trust and acceptance and confidence in Beaver Toyota. I came in for routine service on my RAV 4, and drove out with the most beautiful automobile on the lot! :) NO PRESSURE!!! I look forward to dealing with this team in the future! More

Wow, these people are amazing. From the friendly getting on arrival, very accurate time estimate, beautiful customer lounge with complimentary sandwiches, donuts, coffee, and they were grilling complimentary hot dogs with chips and sodas out front. They have a little putting green out front, wifi, comfy chairs, dog treats and water for my pup. Got me out to the minute of my estimate. And every single employee I encountered was amazingly friendly. They even hand washed my car with Kayak on the roof! I can't gush enough about the place. My next Toyota will be purchased there and all my service for my 2014 rav4 will be done there. LOVE this place!!!! More

Their willingness to fulfill my needs was truly refreshing and they treated me as if I was a regular customer. If they are that good in renting me a car, I can imagine that their sales department and service department must be exactly the same. They left me with a very good feeling about their dealership, not an easy thing in today's customer experiences. More

2006 Avalon dash defective It is unfortunate that Toyota Motor will not take ownership of an apparent factory defect on the 2006 Avalon dash. If you go to google and enter 2006 It is unfortunate that Toyota Motor will not take ownership of an apparent factory defect on the 2006 Avalon dash. If you go to google and enter 2006 Avalon dash defects, you will find many owners who have a dash that is cracking and Toyota will not take any responsibility. They will not even cover it if you purchased the extended warranty. As a result, Beaver locally will not get any future business from us. This defect is also happening to the 2007 and 2008 Avalon Dashes. It also is happening with the dashes in the Sienna's. What is wrong with this picture??? More
We went for service of 2009 Preius but ended up buying 2014 Preius. Our experience was very courteous and friendly.
