In all aspects After experiencing several less than satisfactory dealer services in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area, I switched to Beaver Toyota. In all aspects of service they are outstanding. Among all the service centers I have experienced for more than fifty years, Beaver is undoubtedly the best. Systems are in place to assure customer satisfaction; systems I have never seen before. As one encounters excellent interactions with all staff, one realizes that training and management are at the highest industry standards. Over the past few weeks, I encountered a series of difficulties with a third party business that failed to provide a specialized maintenance service. Though this was not the responsibility of Beaver, Beaver staff promptly acted to solve problems and make everything right. Special credit to Tammy Caroul for seeing my problem, interceding promptly and bringing the matter to the attention of management. Nick Reuther listened, understood quickly and promptly overcame all obstacles. In two days, he made right what had gone wrong for weeks. As a career professional in organization and leadership development, it was apparent to me that he has great potential for top management. More

Excellent experience during service appointment I brought my new car into the service department for its first check, where some minor scratches were noticed (from a hit by construction debris durin I brought my new car into the service department for its first check, where some minor scratches were noticed (from a hit by construction debris during a recent road trip). The used car director Mr Manfredi, overheard my conversation and offered to take a look at it. He went immediately back to service and ended up having his crew buff the scratches away. I was amazed that he immediately and generously helped me out without even being asked. Francisco Manfredi is another great, responsive and friendly employee of Beaver Toyota of Saint Augustine! These folks continually strive to exceed expectations. I heartily recommend this dealership. More

Hands down, the number 1 best They cared about making sure that my car was safe to drive and to my satisfaction. They also washed my car for me and did a great job. My husband and I brought our car to address recalls that had been placed on our vehicle. When we came to pick up the car, our car had damage that was not there prior to us dropping off the car. The repair center was getting ready to close and we were told the manager was not available. They documented the damage and told us we would hear from the manager start of business the next day. After FOUR MONTHS of unreturned calls, we hear back that they will not take responsibility for damage that is four months old. We are now out for the damage because they refused to return our calls!! Absolutely disgusted by their attitude and lack of respect for their customers!! We will never own another Toyota if this is how they conduct business!!! More
