First Time in Service Deptartmant It was my first trip to the Service Dept. A. nIce lady encouraged me to pull my car into the area and she took my information and pointed me to Justin It was my first trip to the Service Dept. A. nIce lady encouraged me to pull my car into the area and she took my information and pointed me to Justin Shockley who brought my car information up on the computer and told me the reason the Maintenance Required light came on, on my car. It was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Justin explained the procedure, told me it would be finished in about an hour and a half. He also offered to have my car washed which pleased me very much. I was very pleased with my first experience at Beaver Toyota Service Department. More

Most recently my daughter was in for routine maintenance. Steve Miller was her service representative during this visit. He went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done and why so that we both had a clear understanding. During her wait, she mentioned that there was coffee, water, and cookies available. Several times employees would stop and ask if there was anything she needed/wanted to make her wait more comfortable. The waiting area is always clean and welcoming. I have never been to another dealership where the employees took the time and made such effort to make the time spent there so pleasant. I would highly recommend Beaver Toyota to everyone. More
