This guy was on Point 11/18/2017 I took my wife's 2016 Prius in for its 15000 mile service, which is when I met Thomas. I asked Thomas to complete the service and please make sure the air pressure in the tires is at 35 psi. The shop usually keep them at 30psi and as some of you know, now that its getting cold at night it has a tendency to drop a little which causes the tire sensors to go off. Thomas got me checked in fast, the service guys completed the work quickly, and I was out fast. Thomas made sure the tire pressure was just what I requested, and even had the vehicle washed/vacuumed without having to ask. If anyone of you have ever asked for something special and gotten the "yeah yeah" you know how frustrating it is when the request is ignored especially if it's for your wife. Thomas was on point and I appreciate him making sure the car was too. Absolutely would suggest Thomas to anyone and everyone. More

Poor service and no answer regarding complaint I recently went in for a routine checkup. I have extended coverage to 85,000 miles. The man in the intake area could not find my extended contract. I recently went in for a routine checkup. I have extended coverage to 85,000 miles. The man in the intake area could not find my extended contract. I did not have the book, but in over 8 visits for routine service, I've not needed the book. He would not, or could not find the contract, although again others over the last 75,000 miles found it. When I complained and in frustration said perhaps I should buy a Chevy he offhandedly said perhaps I should. I wrote them directly three times and was never had a response or an offer to come in and sort this out. They charged me one of my three free oil changes for the visit. More

The time I was there was minimal and when I bought truck I was concerned that there wasn't the MPG not showing up on the dash and was told that was only on the Limited models, but upon leaving I noticed that it was now showing up! This was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Everyone is always friendly at Beaver Toyota, plus I got a car wash too! I just can't say enough about how well you are treated here! More
