2 cars with different issues The engine light on our Rav 4 was lit up. We took it to the local Firestone who completely misdiagnosed the problem. We came to Toyota and Doug Miller took the car in and had the problem fixed. He also told us about two recalls and had it corrected. we saved about 500.00 coming to Toyota!! Doug Miller is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Overnight our car stopped starting. We could not understand. Called AAA. He could not tell the reason Had the car towed to Beaver. Thomas Fallon immediately diagnosed and asked us to leave the car for an hour and a half and pick up the car. Within the time frame, our car was ready to be picked up. This guy was on Point 11/18/2017 I took my wife's 2016 Prius in for its 15000 mile service, which is when I met Thomas. I asked Thomas to complete the service and please make sure the I took my wife's 2016 Prius in for its 15000 mile service, which is when I met Thomas. I asked Thomas to complete the service and please make sure the air pressure in the tires is at 35 psi. The shop usually keep them at 30psi and as some of you know, now that its getting cold at night it has a tendency to drop a little which causes the tire sensors to go off. Thomas got me checked in fast, the service guys completed the work quickly, and I was out fast. Thomas made sure the tire pressure was just what I requested, and even had the vehicle washed/vacuumed without having to ask. If anyone of you have ever asked for something special and gotten the "yeah yeah" you know how frustrating it is when the request is ignored especially if it's for your wife. Thomas was on point and I appreciate him making sure the car was too. Absolutely would suggest Thomas to anyone and everyone. More
