Service Department I took my Camry in with pretty much an unrecognizable issue. Jason Sr went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. It turned out to be my transmission which thankfully was under warranty. But there was more issues that were linked to transmission. Now, they could've been dishonest or less thorough and had me pay more out of pocket but they went the extra mile. I'm very appreciative. Very easy to work with and kept me up to date with what was being done. Love my Toyotas! More

My kids love it because there are always free yummy snacks and a place just for kids to play. I love it for the same reasons. Large, comfortable waiting room, clean restrooms. They also offer cheap car rentals right in premises if you need a car while yours is getting work done. They will even wash your car for free if you ask. They do great work, they are professional, super friendly and treat you with respect. When I call they can already tell from my phone number who I am and what car I am calling about. They keep track of everything by computer so we always know when and what type of maintenance is due. They really make you feel special Absolutely great place!! More

They got us right in, gave us a number of options (based on budget, age of vehicle, etc.), and were wonderfully friendly and understanding throughout the process! We did not pick the most expensive option and never felt pressured to do so. They even were kind enough to give us feedback on how some interior parts looked (upon visual inspection) even though we did not purchase the big package. Our service adviser, Edwin Montalv, was simply wonderful. We live very far away but will definitely return if we ever need service in the area. More
