So this is my second time getting my 2019 4Runner worked on at Beaver. I live 78 miles away from Beaver and make the trip expressly because they are that good. I used Lee as the tech each time to install two different lift kits. Lee takes the time and ensures everything is done to spec and is torqued when done. I wouldn’t trust any other Toyota dealer to this this type of work. See Ryan as your advisor and get Lee as your tech. You can’t go wrong with these two or Beaver Toyota. From service manger on down, they do the right things the first time. Sure, I could’ve used any number of Toyota dealerships I passed on the the way to Beaver, but why risk complications, spend your money with people you can rely and trust. Try them and see More

Had an oil change today (along with a 21 Point Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes. Looked at the final invoice and noticed that the state tax amount was wrong (overcharged by $1.64). When I brought this to Louis' attention he replied "the computer is never wrong". He didn't want to hear it! Spoke with "Scott" in the service office and he agreed that the invoice was in error (a programming issue) and offered to return the $1.64. Told him to simply credit my account. Also, nothing was discussed with me regarding the "21 point inspection". What was the outcome of this inspection? Was it even performed? My partner brought in his Toyota landcruiser to have the A/C fixed. The service dept recommended that the navigation system be replaced to fix the A/C issue. When we came to beaver to pick up the vehicle af A/C fixed. The service dept recommended that the navigation system be replaced to fix the A/C issue. When we came to beaver to pick up the vehicle after it being there for over a week we were just handed the keys by Ozzy and told to go get the vehicle and that it was parked out back. Once arriving to the vehicle we get in it to start it and the vehicle won’t start. However, the battery was never the issue. So not only is this the first dealership / mechanic that has ever made us go retrieve our vehicle after paying almost $3000 to fix the A/C - but it’s arrive at the vehicle and have it not start is a completely different issue. Then we get the vehicle jump started and guess what? THE A/C STILL ISN’T WORKING!! After we were told by Ozzy that replacing the navigation system would fix the A/C. I called beaver and spoke to the service manager Kelly. He let us know that he would try and make our experience with beaver better and suggested we bring the car back to have them look at the car again to see what the issue is. On August 10th he tells us it’s the A/C compressor that needed to be replaced now?! Hmm okay after dropping almost $3k now it’s the compressor... awesome! So Kelly agrees to make a deal with us by offering to only charge us $641 to replace the A/C compressor. We agree. Then he has to order the part.. apparently it’s super difficult for Beaver to get parts in? Sounds kind of fishy... going on now over one month (sept 14th) and the part STILL ISN’T shipped in. So my partner and I decide to call a well-known local mechanic and have them order an A/C compressor for us. Guess what? They’re able to get the compressor shipped OVERNIGHT. We drop the landcruiser off with the HONEST mechanic and they call us back immediately with a concerned tone. Informing us that whoever told us the A/C compressor needed to be replaced was not honest with us.. the A/C compressor was UNPLUGGED! All the new mechanic needed to do was plug it in and the A/C has been blowing ice cold air ever since. The best part about it is that they didn’t charge us one penny because they knew the b.s. we had been dealing with with Beaver Toyota and their untrustworthy service department. Ironically... the same day that we discover that the compressor was just unplugged - Kelly calls us to let us know that “the A/C compressor is still being shipped and should be arriving early October”. HA... what a load of lies. Beaver Toyota service department is a joke and very unreliable. We will NEVER be returning and will absolutely be spreading the word about how awful the service department was to us. More
