So this is my second time getting my 2019 4Runner worked on at Beaver. I live 78 miles away from Beaver and make the trip expressly because they are that good. I used Lee as the tech each time to install tw on at Beaver. I live 78 miles away from Beaver and make the trip expressly because they are that good. I used Lee as the tech each time to install two different lift kits. Lee takes the time and ensures everything is done to spec and is torqued when done. I wouldn’t trust any other Toyota dealer to this this type of work. See Ryan as your advisor and get Lee as your tech. You can’t go wrong with these two or Beaver Toyota. From service manger on down, they do the right things the first time. Sure, I could’ve used any number of Toyota dealerships I passed on the the way to Beaver, but why risk complications, spend your money with people you can rely and trust. Try them and see More

Had an oil change today (along with a 21 Point Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes Inspection) with a $39.95 coupon from Beaver Toyota. Service adviser (Louis) told me it would take about 1-1.5 hours. It actually took @ 25 minutes. Looked at the final invoice and noticed that the state tax amount was wrong (overcharged by $1.64). When I brought this to Louis' attention he replied "the computer is never wrong". He didn't want to hear it! Spoke with "Scott" in the service office and he agreed that the invoice was in error (a programming issue) and offered to return the $1.64. Told him to simply credit my account. Also, nothing was discussed with me regarding the "21 point inspection". What was the outcome of this inspection? Was it even performed?
