Christian was very helpful, and went above and beyond any of my expectations. He was also informative. He will be my go to contact and I will be sharing my overall great experience with friends and family of my expectations. He was also informative. Definitely did not plan on spending an entire day, literally felt like an entire work day, however everyone was kind offered us drinks and food throughout the day. Almost every one had a mask on In the dealership. Went in for a routine oil change left with a brand new car! More

Customer service at Beaver Toyota has gone considerably down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication is terrible. After being an extremely loyal customer for many years, I’m now going to take my car for maintenance and service to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. And I’ll be trading in and getting a new car there this year as well. Bye, Ms. Beaver! 75000 mile check found a need for work which would take about 3 or 4 hours. Mr. Cotney made arrangements for a ride home (or anywhere requested) and back.
