Ryan is the man. I went in to have my car serviced and found out there was a recall on my vehicle. He was able to get me a rental while that was being performed.. Another great service at Beaver. We drive over 6 hours to use Steve, he is the best. Well worth the drive! We moved away and had a horrible experience in our new town. They said we needed lots of work done t use Steve, he is the best. Well worth the drive! We moved away and had a horrible experience in our new town. They said we needed lots of work done that turned out to be lies. Steve checked it out and said we didn't need the work done for probably 20,000 or 25,000 more miles. One of the many reasons we trust them and drive back to St. Augustine for service on both our vehicles. More

Christian was very helpful, and went above and beyond any of my expectations. He was also informative. He will be my go to contact and I will be sharing my overall great experience with friends and family of my expectations. He was also informative. Definitely did not plan on spending an entire day, literally felt like an entire work day, however everyone was kind offered us drinks and food throughout the day. Customer service at Beaver Toyota has gone considerably down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication is terrible. After being an extremely loyal customer for many years, I’m now going to take my car for maintenance and service to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. And I’ll be trading in and getting a new car there this year as well. Bye, Ms. Beaver!
