I was scammed to buy new tires for my lexus. The tire guy said I had a screw/nail in the wall of my tire, and by law could not fix it. He offered to replace the tire with a toyo at $310 [for one tire, saying it was a 10 percent discount.....please!] I asked to have my spare put on. My husband took my car to discount tires and the nail was in the tread of the tire not in the wall of my tire. I am appalled at the audacity that staff at St. Augustine, Florida Toyota are allowed to scam senior citizens like this it anyone for that matter. I am sure glad I was on my game and i am 69yo. Shame on you and your business. More
