I was greeted promptly by Hunter Cameron. My original service writer was detained and had Hunter write me up. We went over my oil change and tire rotation and he suggested I add an EFI to my My original service writer was detained and had Hunter write me up. We went over my oil change and tire rotation and he suggested I add an EFI to my service. He explained what it is and answered all my questions about the whys, hows and what’s of the process. He was very polite and patient. I added that service as they had time and I wouldn’t have to come back. He offered shuttle service which I declined. The coffee area was being tidied up as I approached. I thanked the lady doing it and let her know how much I appreciated her keeping it so clean. No one wants to try to find a spot to add their condiments around coffee slop. The restroom was also very clean and fully stocked. More

I moved to this area about five and a half months ago. I needed to find another Toyota Dealership to service my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I found a Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville to service my truck. I found I needed to find another Toyota Dealership to service my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I found a Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville to service my truck. I found Beaver Toyota and they are about the same distance away from where I live so I wanted to compare and took my truck to Beaver to get the next service done. After I pulled into the garage I was greeted and the process got started. A gentleman named “Hot Rod” greeted me and introduced me to Scotty my service advisor or (assistant service manager) he reviewed my request for service and told me how long it would be. Hot Rod asked me questions about the courtesy lighting have on my truck, one thing led to another and we got onto a newer truck, no pressuring it all was good. I appreciated him taking the time showing me some inventory and turned me over to Rodney of sales. He too was very pleasant and was trying to accommodate my options. Not sure if that will work out, but it doesn’t matter because I love my truck. I highly recommend this dealer as it will be my dealer from now on. More

I've always been treated well at this dealership, and most recently Toyota honored an old paint recall that was several years old. On my drop- off day, Ryan gave me more information, made sure I had the loaner, and gave me the contact number for the body shop being used. The car was finished earlier than promised and in incredible condition outside and inside! My car looks almost better than new. I appreciate the kindness, honesty, attention to detail, and truly being cared for as a valued customer! More
