I initially contacted the dealership via email about a used vehicle late one night. The reply was swift (within 12 hours) and curteous. We asked to see similar vehicles in the same class, and he showed us the RAV4's. We considered a new vehicle, but did not think it would be financially possible due to weak credit. Fortunately, Ian was able to fanagle us a great opportunity with extremely low apr rates. We had to pay a little more than what we intended, but considering all the benefits we received it was worth it. Best part about it, when I woke up the day after buying the vehicle, I had NO buyer's remorse. I bought a 2009 Corolla XLE from this dealership around a month ago and as a first-time buyer, I have to say my experience was much better than I expected. Since I'd never purchased a car before I was terrif month ago and as a first-time buyer, I have to say my experience was much better than I expected. Since I'd never purchased a car before I was terrified of getting taken advantage of and paying thousands more than necessary. From the beginning everyone I encountered was easy to work with- it was a very low pressure situation. There was very little haggling and I ended up paying exactly what I planned on paying before I walked in (which I can say was a very reasonable price). I met many pushy/difficult car salesmen during the several months I spent researching cars and prices, and I can't express how much it meant to me to feel like I was being treated respectfully by a dealearship instead of like a walking dollar sign. I sincerely felt like I was bring taken care of throughout the whole process, and a big part of that was because of Stuart Jones- he was very collaborative and I never felt like I was going into a boxing match like I did with every other car salesperson. Even weeks after my purchase, he's been responsive to my calls regarding getting my tag and getting set up with financing. I'd highly recommend working with Mr. Jones. More

I have had nothing but bad service from this dealer (compared to other dealerships I have experienced over the last 40 years). I bought a Certified used Yaris from them in March 2011, and 3 days later (compared to other dealerships I have experienced over the last 40 years). I bought a Certified used Yaris from them in March 2011, and 3 days later found out that the horn didn't work and they wound up replacing the entire driver's side airbag assembly (for free. But this was a certified car and should not have been an issue. Recently I found out that the car was missing its cabin air filter and I was rudely challenged on my ethics and honesty about why it was not there--they would not install one without charging me for it. I walked out never to return again. They have tried to up sell me on parts that didn't need to be replaced and on more than one occasion was treated rudely and ignored as a customer. Oh yes, once they rotated the tires and a wheel cover fell off while I was driving home. They would not own responsibility for that either nor the 4 missing valve covers. More
