My husband & I enjoyed shopping at this dealership for our new car. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I went to Joe Ammirati for my routine maintenance on my 2006 Corolla and decided to look at the 2014 models. I met Mike Clarke who was wonderful showing me all the cars and answering all my questions and explaining the different features. I came back a few days later with my husband and we purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla S plus. Mike helped me get the car I wanted. Shane helped make it affordable. Everyone at this dealership made us feel like we were part of the Beaver family. We have told all our family and friends to consider Beaver Toyota when they are ready to purchase a car. More

Very, very happy with Beaver Toyota and Torie Benoit. I have purchased from another Toyota dealer in the past and have been treated relatively well. She made it a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone who is shopping online or coming off the street to stop in and see what they can do for you. They red flagged us and asked us to bring in new documentation. Again, red flag. My wife asked them to ensure the information was correct while she was there. They said there were no problems. After at least three emails, the dealership didn't want to accept responsibility of their error. Finally they admitted it was their fault and it was fixed Several weeks later, no payment book received. We called the finance company which had already reported us for late payment. They said they were given a wrong zip code by the dealer! I went online to finance company to make a payment and received a message that our zip code didn't match theirs so now we can't even make a payment today! This was the finance company's online response: "The zip code that you have entered does not match your account. Please verify your zip code and enter it again." I am flabbergasted at the initial first few emails from Beaver Toyota that they were requesting more information due to regulations, yada yada, and this happens often and refused at first to acknowledge their error in nonchalantly entering a wrong zip code into the system. To add insult to injury, they never did correct the information sent to Toyota Finance! More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the experience I had was great. He was very straightforward and instead of trying to just get us out of the door with a car, he took the time to make sure I was getting a car I would like and could count on. He ended up giving me a great deal on a Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Toyota Corolla and it is perfect for what I need. There was no hassle or pressure, and filling all the paperwork out was a breeze. I would recommend Torie at Beaver Toyota to anyone in need of buying a new quality vehicle. I found all of my car buying nightmares were laid to rest with this experience, it was AWESOME, and I will NEVER buy from anyone else ever again!!
